Aqua Vista Studio

This brand new studio has a queen bed, full bath and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ready for your day to day need. It has a 50 in TV,, shared washer/dryer in the complex. The studio has many windows that provide a full view of the bayou. You don't even need to step out of the studio to enjoy this magnificent view. RV parking available. Free wifi and parking. Pet fee is $50 one time. Pet must be less than 25lbs.

Unobstructed water view. Relax on the front patio, while watching the beautiful water view. We also have security cameras recording 24/7 for extra protection.

We offer FREE KAYAKS during your stay. Bring your boat, we have FREE BOAT PARKING; bring fishing rods, you can fish right from the docks. Our guests reported frequent sightings of dolphins, manatees and many sea animals.

DOCKS-We have 2 docks. 1 is available for guest use, the 2nd one is being rebuilt and expected to be completed asap.

Great place

Great little studio. Perfect for a couple or single looking for a clean and nice place to stay while in town. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and it made things very smooth for a first time VRBO user such as myself.

A peaceful, unforgettable stay!I had such a wonderful time at Aqua Vista Studio. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, they truly made me feel right at home. The view right outside your door was absolutely beautiful, and I even got to see dolphins and a stingray right from the property! I also caught a few fish, which made the experience even more special. The sunsets were breathtaking every evening. The space itself was perfect spacious with a big private kitchen and comfortable bedroom. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend! Perfect South side St.pete retreat for visitors or locals. Near everything but in its own little world all at the same time. Host where 5 stars !

Nice property close to downtown

I stayed for one month with my small dog without a vehicle. The property is exactly as described. Small studio with kitchen, open concept makes it seem larger. The view from the property was very nice. The property is a short walk to number 4 bus stop which brought me downtown in less than 15 minutes. Also short walk to small coffee house, dollar store with groceries, two nice restaurants (Mullets and Munchies). Very clean upon arrival. The manager was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I definitely would recommend this place and would return.

Not what we expected

Property is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The view is beautiful but the property is not well equipped with anything - don’t expect to be able to cook. And be prepared to do lots of laundry because towels are limited to one hand towel, one wash cloth, two bath towels and no dish towels for the entire unit.

Worst of all we discovered a dead bedbug and a bloody stain on the mattress cover. Blinds had many broken slats. Oven door on the stove was broken and a strap held it shut. GFCIs were upside down. No tea towels. Very poor cutlery. No hot water in the kitchen. Shower control in backwords. Blinds short on doors. Bathroom mirror too low. Need better guide to use TV. Very tired linens. No place to put clothes. An end table and lamp would add a lot to the couch area. We did love the location, porch and the view. Enjoyed sitting on the covered dock.

We truly enjoyed some parts of our stay. The view outside is absolutely gorgeous — sitting on the porch for sunrise and birdwatching was the highlight of our trip. It was wonderful to have two chairs and a small table out there (we grabbed a third chair from across the street at the dock so all of us could sit together). The street is very quiet at night, and in the mornings neighbors walking by were friendly and always waved or said good morning, which made the stay feel welcoming and peaceful.Inside, however, there are some maintenance issues that need attention. The oven door was secured shut with a Velcro cord and could not be used. The shower drain backed up, leaving us standing ankle-deep in water. There were lightbulbs out in the bathroom and in the sconces above the bed. The shower handle is mismarked, which made adjusting the temperature confusing at first. There was no dish rack for washing dishes. On the positive side, the AC worked well and we appreciated having a coffee pot available.We used the kayaks one morning and enjoyed being out on the water, but the floating dock feels somewhat precarious and one of the paddles is broken.Overall, this property has a beautiful setting and a lot of potential. With some routine maintenance and attention to these issues, it could be a wonderful place to stay. For now, we would rate it three stars and encourage the owner to address the maintenance concerns so future guests can fully enjoy what is truly a stunning locati
