This was our second stay at this property. It's bright, spacious, clean, quiet, and in a perfect location for walking anywhere you want to go on Commercial or Bradford in P-town. The host, Ethan, is a pleasure to deal with and always responds quickly. He checks in to make sure things are as expected after you arrive. If you're looking for comfort and convenience, this is the place!

We have stayed at many VRBO rentals, including 3 previous ones in Provincetown. Without question, this is the nicest place, the best experience of any rental anywhere! Ethan is a wonder to deal with; always responding immediately and clearly, anticipating things before we ask and smoothing the way. This was the cleanest and most well- equipped home we have stayed in. As soon as you walk in, you will say “Oh yeah, this is good!”. The kitchen is big, spotless, granite counters and fully equipped. The two bedrooms are both large and airy. Lots of windows everywhere, but AC and heat are also readily available.5 minutes walk put us on Commercial Street by Pepe’s Wharf in the thick of things. Quiet and removed but close to it all.This is now our forever Ptown rental. Please don’t tell too many people! LOL

Ethan is a warm, welcoming and responsive host. We have stayed in many vacation homes throughout the country and world and my husband kept commenting how much he felt at home here. The space is large, immaculate and warm. Walking distance to a lovely market and town, yet quiet. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The home has everything you need, and check in is simple with a friendly and accomodating host. I would highly recommend!

Amazing location

The house is perfectly situated a few blocks from Commercial Street and a very short drive to the beaches. The house is roomy and comfortable and nicely decorated. My husband and I had a fantastic 5 days staying here.

The condo is clean and spacious and within easy walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Provincetown. The property is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our cat with us. She loved basking in the morning sun in the bay window. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will be back!

Nice place. Quiet location. Short walk through nice neighborhood to get to Commercial St. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good. Easily able to find everything we needed. We had a great time and would stay here again.
