BellaVida is a newly renovated 2BR/3BA lakefront villa in Beachwalk Villas, in the heart of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, it pairs laid-back comfort with full resort access, and it comes with a private 6-seat golf cart so the beach, pools, Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard are all a short ride away.

Start mornings with coffee on the patio overlooking the lake, then head to Sandestin's private beach or tee off on one of four championship golf courses. In the evening, the Village of Baytowne Wharf brings waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and live music.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is comfortable and full of natural light, with plush seating, a Smart TV, and a sofa sleeper that brings the home to a comfortable sleeping capacity of eight. The fully updated kitchen has modern appliances, sleek counters, and everything you need for easy meals at home. Both bedrooms are private suites: the primary has a king bed and en suite bath, and the second suite has a king plus a twin-over-twin bunk, ideal for kids or multi-family stays. Two full bathrooms plus a convenient downstairs half bath make getting ready easy for everyone.

Getting to the Beach
Your included 6-seat golf cart makes beach days easy. From BellaVida it is about a 2-minute ride on resort roads and cart paths to Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.

Beachwalk Villas is a quiet, well-kept community within Sandestin, set around a peaceful lake with cul-de-sac privacy and easy access to the resort's pools, tennis, and pickleball. You are minutes from the beach, golf, and the energy of Baytowne Wharf.

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay at Sandestin, and Michael was a perfect host. Very responsive and the communication was top notch. The property could have used a little tlc, but overall, it was very nice and suited our needs perfectly. We would stay there again.
