Welcome to CostaLuna by Epiqhost, a beautifully appointed 2BR/2BA villa with a bonus loft on the shore of Horseshoe Lake in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Dual king master suites, a kids' loft, and space for up to 8 guests pair with an included 6-seater Club Car golf cart for the full resort experience.

Inside, the living area gathers everyone around a large sofa, comfy chairs, and a flat-screen TV, while the kitchen brings Corian countertops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar for three, open to dining seating for six. The main-floor master suite has a king bed, upgraded bath, and a private patio with bistro seating. The upstairs master adds a second king with its own bath, TV, and ample storage, and the bonus loft is a kids' hideout with a full bed, twin, and twin trundle plus its own TV.

Out back, the patio overlooks Horseshoe Lake - morning coffee, catch-and-release fishing, and sunset breezes over the water. Resort life surrounds you: four championship golf courses, tennis and basketball courts, the marina, pools, and Baytowne Wharf's dining and nightlife, with Grand Boulevard and Silver Sands Premium Outlets minutes away through the underpass.

Getting to the Beach
Your included golf cart makes beach days easy. From CostaLuna it is about a 2-minute ride on resort roads and cart paths to Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay with a family of 5 and dog friendly! Golf cart is a must for us when we visit Sandestin. Short ride to the beach and Baytowne. Closet full of all the beach stuff you need; chairs, shovels, toys, etc. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet property located near beach that has more than enough space for 6 people and 2 yorkies. Management is super responsive to your messages and crews are nearby on-site to fix any problem right away. And golf cart comes in super handy to get around.

Awesome!

The property manager was awesome and set up an hour earlier checking because we arrived early! Very clean! And pictures show exactly what is there! Golf Cart was an awesome added plus! Very put together! Overall awesome!
