ILIKAI MARINA NOTICE — Spalling Work Update
Spalling repairs on the Ocean/Marina-facing side are nearing completion. However, there may still be intermittent noise during work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Balcony doors are currently locked and not accessible during this phase of the project. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding as this portion of the work wraps up. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

Great Apartment and Location

This unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location is great as I was attending a conference at the Hawaii Convention Center and was a short 10-15 minute walk.

Best rental condo in Honolulu!

We've stayed at a couple different rentals around Honolulu, but this one if by far the best! My boyfriend loves that he can check the surf from the balcony and I love that I can walk to the beach, snorkel, grab food, groceries, etc all within walking distance.

Brilliant view

A very nice apartment and well appointed. Some aspects a bit "tired" but overall very nice. The view is fantastic, especially Hawaiian sunsets. Location at western end of Waikiki Beach is excellent. Parking and restaurants in the building very good.

Amazing place 🤩

Very convenient location, everything you need is within walking distance. Great views from the balcony as well as room window (if you’ll be staying at this place on any Friday make sure to enjoy the Waikiki beach firework show every Friday at 8pm) it was amazing. The room was very clean and we had no issues at all. Parking was very easy at the garage they have there. Overall I give it 5 stars and definitely will stay there again.

Great location - close to it all!

A great space with a great view. Amenities were great and the location was walking distance to shopping, swimming and the views are gorgeous. The ONLY drawback was that attempting early Check in or later check out was difficult to communicate and get a response about. Do it in advance and you should be good to go (somehow my initial request was overlooked).

Super clean, Excellent View!

The tiny lanai is the single drawback of this place. I chose it for the view, I don't want to be in HI and not see the water, so location was very important (and did not disappoint!) The lanai, however, is tiny. Big enough to stand on, but no lounging. Everything else made up for it. The place was super clean, and a very comfortable bed.

Wonderful view from the balcony

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice and comfortable apartment on the 15th floor with a wonderful view of the marina and the ocean. The air conditioning worked very well, the beds were very comfortable and the entire apartment was clean. We really liked that the fridge had an ice maker installed in it. Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and shopping center. From the balcony you could watch a wonderful fireworks show every Friday. High-level apartment service.
