Our group of 10 had a great time, we also enjoyed the rental pontoon and it was so convenient not having to go up a ton of stairs or a huge hill to get to the dock and back. We wish we could’ve stayed a little longer but we look forward to staying again in the future!

Property was great. Three families stayed and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was very well stocked. Nice quiet area of Norris Lake. Paved walkway and no steps to dock was great since traveling with an infant and a three year old

Wonderful Family Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Norris! The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. The house had plenty of room for our family, and it was very well stocked—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. We absolutely loved having access to the kayaks and the easy access to the lake. One of the best features was that there were no steps to get down to the lake, making it so convenient for everyone. We had an amazing time relaxing, enjoying the lake, kayaking, and making lots of great family memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable family getaway!

Our family of 12 (5 adults and 7 kids) had an amazing stay at this Norris Lake home! The property was perfect for all ages — the big yard gave the kids plenty of room to run and play, and the easy, stair-free walk to the lake made swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding a breeze. We especially loved the pavilion for relaxing and hanging out together. Renting a boat was super easy, and the host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this home and are already talking about coming back!

So good we’ll be back!!

To start, we typically never stay in the same place twice because there are so many great options at Norris but this place is the exception to the rule. The location was PERFECT. 5 minutes from the marina so there were very little curvy roads you had to pull your boat trailer through. The house was beautiful and fully equipped. At Norris, it’s hard to find a place without stairs on the water so this property gets huge pints for that when it comes to loading and unloading the boat with kids. It’s at the end of a quiet cove so perfect for swimming. We loved it here!

Absolutely loved it!

Can’t say enough great things about this place! The entire house was brand new including all the kitchen appliances. Everything was very clean. The property is flat so zero steps getting to the dock which was super helpful with kids. The area is very peaceful and quite, and fairly easy to get to. Hot tub and grill both were great and we loved the patio area by the dock. We used the paddle boards and kayaks that were included. Renting a pontoon was SO easy. The host was wonderful to work with and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a great weekend!

Cozy and comfortable with a few hiccups.

We rented this property and another across the street for my daughters wedding. Property was easy to locate. At first looked everything looked great. The home is very spacious for large families. We came in to air purifiers in the livening room and master bedroom. After Turing them all off because it was loud the house started to smell like wet dog. The couch especially. The floor in the master bedroom was sticky. The hot tub had some funky stuff floating in it. I think it was stuff coming out if the little waterfall spout. Maybe build up of some kind from the hot tub been sitting for a while. I’m not sure if we were the first renters of the season, but the covered sitting area down towards the lake was nasty as well. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned off at all. My son fell asleep on the couch the last night we were there. He woke up with some kind of bug bites all over his back. This home is a nice home and I would rent in this area again.

Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. As you can imagine with a house this size and quick turnovers sometimes minor details like these can be missed which is why we love when our guests give us feedback. We use this feedback to address items and keep our very high ratings. We are sorry that you didn't have the same experience that so many other have had. We would just like to address some of these issues:The previous guest had brought a service animal & since your stay, we have replaced all the furniture, beds, etc. We provide air purifiers in all our houses so that is standard for our properties to provide clean air throughout the property. Tree were blooming during this time of the year & pine cones, pollen, etc can be blown in the pavilion daily. We keep a battery power blower at the pavilion for this reason as well. As far as the bug bites, that could be any number of things during this time of the year where insects start to come out. We would love the opportunity to host you again. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thanks!
