Bright and open first floor with huge, eat-in kitchen, living room with 65” tv, walk-in pantry, full bathroom and King-size master. Kitchen features GE Cafe appliances, farm sink, and is well-stocked for preparing meals or baking to your heart’s desire! Brew your favorite coffees, teas and cocoas provided, too!

Two huge bedrooms upstairs with soft bedding for restful nights! Each has 2 queen beds. Full bathroom upstairs. Laundry in basement.

Guests can retreat into the backyard or take a short 2-4 minute walk to the beach at Chautauqua Park. Look for the park bench, then follow the natural-root carved path down to the rocky beach- full of beach glass! It's an adventure to climb down but people of all ages enjoy the quiet beach here. Boat ramps 3-5 minute drive, 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minute drive to Presque State Park and Waldameer Amusement Park and Water World.
