We had a great stay, the house was perfect for us (2 adults & a 4 yr old.). The beach was not super crowded even on a Saturday afternoon.

My daughter and I go to Fernandina every year and rent a different house each time. We chose this house because of its location and size. It was perfect. This is a house we would rent again.

Great place to stay for a getaway.

This is a great location right by the beach, easy to get to, and close to the everything. The check- in was easy, the house was very clean and have all the amenities for a beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kim’s beach house! It had ALL the amenities you will need for the beach (chairs, noodles, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels). The house is very clean and decorated very cute. Kim is an excellent host and is very quick to respond to any inquiries you may have. She even allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the neighbors are super friendly! My favorite part was the front porch. What a view!!! We spent many hours rocking in the porch chairs and looking at the ocean. She also has a wonderful selection of books and games, which was an added treat. Thanks for letting us enjoy your beach house Kim! We plan on coming back next year.

Spacious cottage by the beach

We loved our stay- great location, watched dolphins swim by from front deck. No noise from neighbors- would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay!

Our family had a great stay at this beach house! It was clean and inviting and Kim is very responsive. The house is stocked with everything you need and thoughtful little extras too.
