Great location, room could have been better

Enjoyed location. The unit itself was very outdated. The door looked like it had been kicked in and door was not locked when we arrived. I had to play with lock to get it to lock. Several plugs did not work and those that did were very loose. We love the beach and the location just would have liked to have seen better accommodations for the price.

Nice place.

The property was nice. The sliding glass door kept coming off track. This problem was something that alot of people complained about, so it obviously has never been fixed. I felt the the condo could have been cleaner. It needs some updating but is a nice property. I wish we could have enjoyed the balcony, but we were not able to sit out there because all the chairs were broken.

Just ok…

This place was extremely outdated! Made everything look nasty it was so old! There is a broken ice maker or something shoved under the counter…the countertops were stained & had burns on them. The door would not lock most of the time. Aaaannnnddd there was an entire bagel & a hypodermic needle under the couch!! I expected better. The booking experience was very nice…

Ghetto Condo

Dirty & VERY dated. Pictures on line must have been touched up because they do not match in person. The balcony photo online showed a glass table & 4 chairs. There was no table & only 3 chairs. The dining table photo showed 6 chairs & there was only 4. You would have thought we were in a motel 6. Master bathroom had a dirty towel on the counter, dirty floor with boot prints & mold in the shower & lots of mold in the toilet under the lid. A lady came in after we checked in to tape the carpeting down in the master bedroom. The doors, cabinets & baseboards are peeling & chipping. The door to washer & dryer stuck everytime we opened & wouldn't close well. Fridge is rusty on the outside. Trash compacter is hanging and clearly broken. The kitchen counters are stained and have big grooves. There is a cabinet on the floor that has old paint cans which can be a hazard to kids. The couch had paper towels shoved in the corner cushions. The curtain rod in the living room is falling out of the wall. 2 of us woke up everyday with sore throats & the other 2 lost their voices every morning. I was sneezing a lot & do not have any allergies. When we were out of the condo, we didnt have voice, throat, or sneezing issues so what were we breathing in there? We were with a group of 22 & between us all we rented 5 condos. The other 4 were rented were amazing compared to ours. The people in our group toured our condo & couldn't believe what they saw & thought we paid WAY too much! Very disappointing

Great Location

This property's main benefit was it's location. A quick ride down the elevator and you were steps from the beach. The on-site tiki hut came in handy for quick snacks and drinks at a reasonable price. The reviews were accurate in that the unit is older and in need of updating but all basic essentials were there and working. We couldn't use the sleeper sofa because when we opened it, it was obvious it had not been cleaned. There were hair bands and food crumbs. Overall, for the price, this unit accommodated our needs.

You get what you pay for!

The pictures of the inside of the condo are true. The couch was comfy but was not plugged in, so you couldn't recline. The beds were ok. The a/c flow in the front bedroom to the left was mediocre to the point that if this would have been summer, I would have had to go buy a portable fan. The entire apartment was very outdated, but for the price, that wasn't the problem. Hardly any of the electrical outlets held a charger box or hairdryer. They were all very loose. There is no tennis court. It has been freshly painted over for extra parking space. The light construction is an understatement. Major construction is going on along the beach and in most of the apartments around this one. You cannot use the chair service because you can't utilize the beach. It is blocked off due to installation of a pipeline that goes way past the condo on each side. We had to pay to enjoy the beach at the state park. Overall, you get what you pay for. It was the cheapest rental for 3 nights that I could find for 8 people from Pensacola to Panama City during spring break. The location was probably the only fabulous thing about it. It was out of the way from the spring break raucous, but still close to all the fun. The heated pool does work and the hot tub was decent. There is a grill/bar by the pool, but we didn't utilize it.

The worst condo I've ever had at Regency Towers

This is the 7th time I've stayed at Regency and I've never had the issues I had this time. Broken shower, holes in walls, holes in doors, washer only cycles with hot water, mold on the lampshades, mold on the couch, mold in the coffee pot, dirty dishes and utensiles, rusted utensiles, holes in linens, broken glass on the artwork, dirty floors, glass door off track (my BIL fixed for them), oily handprints on the window curtains.... it was just downright dirty and completely innaccurate compared to the description. Last I spoke with Logan in guest relations on Sunday I was told that I would be receiving a call from management and maintenance and housekeeping would be coming... no one ever showed. We finally left for dinner and a woman showed up and gave my sister a new coffeepot and a $100 Visa giftcard. All I asked was for a new room, and they were absolutely resistant. We aren't sure that we will ever return to Regency after this, honestly.

Very rundown

This unit is very rundown and in need of major updates. There are holes in the door. The towel rack in the bathroom is falling out of the wall. The shower has a second stream of water coming out near the faucet. The electrical outlets are so loose that items will not stay plugged in. The pots and pans in the unit are basically unusable. We were told they would bring us more but this didn't happen. We had to buy these items while on vacation. There were several areas that looked moldy. The mattresses in the twin room were so hard that the guests felt like they were sleeping on the floor. The pictures show bunk beds but this is not the case. For over $2300.00 for 4 nights, this unit should have been much better quality.

Once we were made aware of this situation on the 3rd, we offered to send maintenance out and bring whatever items were needed to make your stay more comfortable, but this request was denied. A $50 gift card was offered and accepted. A rounded amount of $2,100.00 was the cost of this rental during your stay. Terrible…don’t waste your money!

It wasn’t clean from the previous people staying when we checked in at 4pm on Sunday 7/4. Then it was rushed to be cleaned because we were already there. The door to the balcony was off the tracks and could not open and close properly. The front door looked like it had been kicked in and had a large crack down it. The air vent in the den was hanging off the wall. The recliner on the couch did not work. None of the remotes had batteries so we had to buy them ourselves. The washer and dryer is only big enough for 3 towels. We made the best of it but we were really disappointed with the amount of money we spent for all of the problems we had.

Needs repairs & cleaning

Called help number multiple times related to broken door, master tub, cleanliness issues to no avail. The online pics are VERY misleading and for the cost, I would NOT stay in this unit again. It posed too many issues, including hazards to small children.

This is by far the absolute worst place I have ever paid to stay at. I will never stay at Regency.

The room had extreme damage, dysfunctional air conditioning, broken sliding door to balcony, front for was broken so much you could see daylight to the other side, the toilets were extremely molded in the toilet bowl, the carpet was disgusting, the room did not reflect what was shown in the pictures. I was heartbroken and very upset after contacting management upon my arrival to condo; just to be told sorry but there’s nothing we can do.

Great location!

Below is our pro/con list from our two week stay at this property. All in all we really enjoyed our stay! Property and items in it do need updates. Would recommend staying here. Pro: - Great location! Beach view & easy access - Contact with property managers was quick, however they did not let us know that the main elevator was closed, wasn't aware of another till our second day. - Had enough eating and lounging space for our group of 8. - We were there for new years and could see fireworks right from the deck! Cons: - Rooms do need updates. Cabinet/desk drawers fall apart, sliding door kept coming off hinges, outdated items. - The beds were not comfortable in most of the rooms, not enough bedding or pillows, had to buy and leave items there. The twin beds and pull out bed so hard that three in our group slept in the recliners and long space on couch to be comfy. - Kitchen only had 8 of each type of dish and the pans stuck to every type of food we tried to cook in them, had to buy our own pan and plastic spatula (left there) - Odd but the washer only ran hot water no matter what we tried.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the main elevator being out of order. Unfortunately, we have no control over the elevators of any property such as this. We strive to make our guests comfortable during their stay and respond to any questions or problems that are brought to our attention in a timely manner. We will forward your message to property managers so that they may review and assess the issues regarding the washer only running hot water, need for new pans, uncomfortable bedding, not enough bedding, and updating some furniture. Fall trip

We love PCB this time of year. This was our first time staying at Regency Towers. We booked last minute so there wasn’t much available. The condo was fine, could use some updating, but overall was great. Regency towers had a few issues, such as elevator outages, power outages, pool closure (temporarily), which I guess is to be expected in such a large complex. There was no issue with the rental company. Overall a good trip! Great location as well

DISAPPOINTED

This property was very dirty. We seen HUGE cockroaches which was disgusting. The pool area was nothing like the pictures online and the food bar by the pool wasn't open most of the time we were there. We will never stay here at this location again.

Our operations team has inspected the property for pest issues, though we wish you had contacted us during your stay so we could have addressed any problems immediately. We also checked the pool photos and confirmed they are accurate. Regarding the hours of the Tiki Bar, we do not manage the food services and are sorry they were closed for some of your stay.
