Perfect location

Great stay for Spring break

This place is down from the main what I would call party town of PCB. Nice area, pool was maintained every morning, the tiki bar at the pool has outstanding prices and was able to find a place to lay out at all times. Condo was very clean and comfortable, came equipped with every kitchen utensils you could think of. Would definitely go back again.

Wonderful experience all the way around!

This condo had everything one would need for a home away from home experience. It was right on the beach with the awesome sounds of the waves 24/7...though we were only there four days! It was decorated tastefully and was comfortable. I would definitely book this condo again.

This property is in a great spot and has great amenities. The 10th floor gives great views of the ocean and beach which we enjoyed. With the beach being just a few steps away it is ideal. The king beds in the two rooms are an added treat. It has all one needs for cooking, laundry, and relaxing,

Good time had by all

This condo is located at the eastern end of PCB away from all of the traffic. The 10th floor allows for wonderful views of the ocean and marvelous sunsets. Can't wait to get back!

Beautiful property

My husband and I enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo on the beach! Location is perfect! Love the local restaurants and bars. Derreck's recommendations were spot on! The main room bed is so comfy! The living room couch and love seat has seen better days though. Over all we were thrilled with this property and have booked again for next year!!

I am a bit confused though with the sofa/love seat comment as these are practically brand new (little over a year old). The sofa and love seat both have already been professionally cleaned twice since purchasing. The pull out sofa mattress is actually still in its original packaging. There was a deep clean performed on the condo directly before your stay as well. A little guidance on that comment would be helpful as we take these comments very seriously, however, I doubt that those furnishings would be replaced anytime soon and apologies if they weren't to your standards. Great place to stay for vacation!

We love Regency Towers! That is our second time staying there. Our condo was spacious and clean! The beds were comfy! And had a great view!! Everything is great, the access to the beach is great (besides the code to the gate stopped working a few times), Bikini bobs has great drinks and food. Wish we could of checked in earlier but it worked out ok! Besides the parking and the elevators everything is great!

Great property with terrific location

Was in PCB for diving, snorkeling and holiday relaxation. The location was perfect being close to St Andrew's Park and several dive shops. The condo was clean and well outfitted and the view was terrific! All the other guests were very friendly and noise was never an issue. All the information provided by Derrek was accurate and very helpful. Clean and well decorated the unit helped make our visit very enjoyable.

The Beach

Overall this is a fantastic property. The building is a little older but you wouldn't know it from inside of the unit. I did go during the off season so basically I had PCB to myself. This property is in a good location because it is away from the tourist traps, which are only about 10 minutes up the road. I could see myself staying here again.

Great location! Furnishings need updated.

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication with DaJa View Properties was easy and convenient. Although the kitchen was modern, the furnishings within the unit were functionable but need an update. The beds and dressers were easily 30 years old.

Thanks for your review and happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. The mattresses, couch, loveseat and other furnishings are less than a year old, however, some of the furnishings are older. We are sorry if it wasn't to your liking. The rates reflect the few items that owner has not yet updated, but we hope future guests understand what they book when reviewing the listing initially. DaJa View is a full service vacation rental management company in Panama City Beach Florida. Owners of the company, Derrek & Josh, moved from Indiana to escape the cold snowy winters, and quickly discovered just how magical the beach, locals and atmosphere can be for the mind, body and soul. The company has since been dedicated to creating relationships with guests and owners wanting to experience all that Panama City Beach and surrounding areas have to offer. DaJa View understands the value of memories at the beach, competitive pricing, ease of booking a property, cleanliness of a property, amenities, timely communication and so much more, which is why the company has adopted the slogan “Your Perfect Getaway is in Sight”. The name DaJa View is a spin-off of déjà vu (meaning a feeling of familiarity). When the owners were thinking of a name for the company, they wanted something that expressed a feeling of comfort to the mind. In doing so, combining the owners initials DA & JA formed DaJa, and finishing it off with View just seemed right, since this was their view on managing owner properties and providing exceptional services to guests. The name has since held true to providing outstanding services to property owners and guests.
