Condo is has been updated and well-maintained. It is very nicely decorated and has everything you can need for the stay. The kitchen was efficient with all drawers labeled, which made it easy to find what we needed.

Perfect location

Staying here was awesome. We had plenty of room and with an awesome view. Loved having the Tiki Bar right there so we didn’t have to leave for food if we didn’t want to.

Great stay for Spring break

This place is down from the main what I would call party town of PCB. Nice area, pool was maintained every morning, the tiki bar at the pool has outstanding prices and was able to find a place to lay out at all times. Condo was very clean and comfortable, came equipped with every kitchen utensils you could think of. Would definitely go back again.

Wonderful experience all the way around!

This condo had everything one would need for a home away from home experience. It was right on the beach with the awesome sounds of the waves 24/7...though we were only there four days! It was decorated tastefully and was comfortable. I would definitely book this condo again.

Great Get Away

This property is in a great spot and has great amenities. The 10th floor gives great views of the ocean and beach which we enjoyed. With the beach being just a few steps away it is ideal. The king beds in the two rooms are an added treat. It has all one needs for cooking, laundry, and relaxing,

Birthday trip

I have been going to Panama City Beach my entire life. I have stayed at several condos but Regency Towers is by far my favorite. It is not the most upscale condo but it is always clean, has friendly staff to help you, clean pool area, a tiki bar at the pool and the easiest beach access. Not to mention, there are not huge condos on either side of Regency Towers, making the beach more accessible for a good spot. This specific unit was so nice and clean. The owners were very easy to contact and work with. They give you all of the information that you need before you even get to the condo.The view from the balcony is amazing as well!

This condo is located at the eastern end of PCB away from all of the traffic. The 10th floor allows for wonderful views of the ocean and marvelous sunsets. Can't wait to get back!

Beautiful property

My husband and I enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo on the beach! Location is perfect! Love the local restaurants and bars. Derreck's recommendations were spot on! The main room bed is so comfy! The living room couch and love seat has seen better days though. Over all we were thrilled with this property and have booked again for next year!!

The Beach

Overall this is a fantastic property. The building is a little older but you wouldn't know it from inside of the unit. I did go during the off season so basically I had PCB to myself. This property is in a good location because it is away from the tourist traps, which are only about 10 minutes up the road. I could see myself staying here again.

Great place to stay for vacation!

We love Regency Towers! That is our second time staying there. Our condo was spacious and clean! The beds were comfy! And had a great view!! Everything is great, the access to the beach is great (besides the code to the gate stopped working a few times), Bikini bobs has great drinks and food. Wish we could of checked in earlier but it worked out ok! Besides the parking and the elevators everything is great!

Great property with terrific location

Was in PCB for diving, snorkeling and holiday relaxation. The location was perfect being close to St Andrew's Park and several dive shops. The condo was clean and well outfitted and the view was terrific! All the other guests were very friendly and noise was never an issue. All the information provided by Derrek was accurate and very helpful. Clean and well decorated the unit helped make our visit very enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication with DaJa View Properties was easy and convenient. Although the kitchen was modern, the furnishings within the unit were functionable but need an update. The beds and dressers were easily 30 years old.
