This beautiful top floor unit at Villa Capriani has been totally renovated. With 3 new smart TVs , your whole family is sure to find something they love.
With a balcony that overlooks the complex's multiple pools and the ocean, the evening’s waning light coupled with the sounds of the waterfall below will transport you to a tropical location. Sleeps 8.The condo was redesigned this winter with new paint ,new beds ,new remote ceiling fans in the bedrooms for your comfort, to give you a great homelike experience.
Sitting on the balcony gives you amazing views during the day and quiet beauty in the evening.
Picture yourself having your morning coffee on the balcony while dolphins are playing in the surf, or when was the last you saw a squadron of pelicans tipping their wings in the waves. or even a shrimp boat going by catching what might be your dinner for the night.
It is truly a paradise here and that's why we moved here 21 years ago

Amazing time! The resort is beautiful as is the views! The condo was more than expected and very clean. As a military family, we enjoy our family vacation here. A little bit for everyone in the family from the beach, to the multiple pools, and hot tubs. I highly recommend this resort and this specific condo!

The unit has been updated since our last stay. New bunk bed for the kids, new fridge, microwave, tv etc. We have stayed here a couple times and our always satisfied. The view is great and Tony is easy to work with.

The condo could’ve been cleaner. The sinks look like they still had toothpaste on them and some clumps of hair on the floor. I didn’t realize we were gonna have to put sheets on all our beds. The one toilet wasn’t working so periodically I had to take the top off and jiggle the ball to make it flush. Our dryer didn’t work until the day we left the key code outside our door battery died so that was a nuisance. These aren’t that bad of a situation but when you’re paying over 4000 you don’t wanna have to deal with any of these issues. We are on the phone every day with the hotel manager, trying to figure these things out. Again, on vacation you just don’t want to have to deal with this. For our troubles, they give us 100 gift card to the hotel restaurant. The manager was nice and the room was nice and the location was great, but all my years of vacationing around the East Coast this is the most expensive condo I ever purchased and the most headaches we ever had.

Perfect getaway

We loved the stay here! The view was amazing and the pools on the property were a huge plus! One even has a waterfall that was a big hit with the kids.The kids loved being able to go back and forth from the beach to the pool so easily. The on site restaurant was delicious and convenient when you didn’t want to leave. The condo was clean and very spacious. The pics do not do it justice. There was plenty of space for us all to sleep and the kids loved the bunkbed it was huge! We loved the location of the condo and loved being able to see the ocean from laying in our bed in the morning. Tony was amazing, friendly and answered any questions we had. Great host! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Condo is right on the beach and great view of ocean. Wish we could have used the pools and hot tub but they did not open on April 1 like they should have.

4 th floor beauty

The stay was wonderful with a beautiful view of the ocean and resort pool area. The blankets on the beds appeared to be worn out. Enjoyable and worth staying but, some needed repairs,( 1 bifold door was missing tracking anchor, cabinet door in main bedroom closet by mini frig. needs new bottom hinge. Main door lock needs to be aligned just a little so, lock will lock.

North Topsail 4th of July stay

We had such a good time staying during the holiday week. The mini resort was so pleasurable. The unit was a bit on the small side but the 4 of us managed just fine and will be back. Thank you Tony!

Best Family Vaca!

We loved our stay at Villa Capriani, the condos are old so there were a few things that easily fell apart during our stay, but nothing major. If you enjoy cooking, this kitchen wasn’t the most well stocked. The deck was great, we loved viewing both the ocean and the pool area! I would say this condo likely has one of the best views at the resort in our opinion. The entryway is the most odd configuration, you open the door and the stairs are right there leading you up to the rest of the apartment. This was not easily seen in the photos. Very inconvenient when carrying beach items or kids. Overall, we loved our stay and had a blast. Love this resort bc of all the pools and the beach.

Beautiful Property

The unit was very clean and comfortable with fantastic views of the ocean and pools. We really enjoyed the fact that the pool was so large and that the beach was literally a few steps away from the property. Just an FYI, you will need to bring your own beach chairs and beach towels.There are options to rent them from town if you fly into NC like us. Overall I would highly recommend!

Good location but older property

Stay was nice but property not up to our expectations given the price. Main bedroom has a small bathroom with only a tiny shower and single sink. Air conditioning struggled to keep condo cool even with keeping blinds closed all day. We even purchased a fan to run in our bedroom. Refrigerator door was broken and needed to be pushed closed each time. Location was nice and beach not very crowded. Pool area was also a plus and not a bad walk down each day.

2023 Summer Review

Condo was clean, linens arrived fresh and on time. You can tell the furnishings have been heavily used. Refrigerator is too small and needs to be replaced. We stayed with two other families that were in other units that were much nicer in terms of home furnishings and appliances. The view is excellent, you can hear the waves crashing at night. Favorite part about the condo.

Great View & Relaxing Getaway

The lovely condo has a beautiful ocean and property view. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week long vacation. The property has direct beach access, wonderful pools, spa and a restaurant on site with a few nights of music/bands on the patio area of the restaurant. Couple of the nights we sat on our balcony and enjoyed the band. Tony was truly an amazingly host right from the start, one night he even made us a wonderful Italian dinner! We had a medical emergency during our stay and Tony was very thoughtful and helped us during this stressful time. If we could we would give the condo and Tony 10/5 points. We will be back!!!

Condos with the feel of a resort

The condo was clean and spacious. When we arrived our lines weren't there. Tony the property manager replied right away and got us our linens delivered. The following morning our second key card wasn't working and he hand delivered is another one. So no real issues. Check in was so easy because everything we needed was on the counter when we arrived and we just used the key pad to get in. Our view of the ocean was great! Beaches weren't crowded. There is a great restaurant on property. We ate there twice and had great meals each time. I highly recommend this complex if you want a condo right on the beach. The 3 pools and hot tub are right on the beach and are open until 11 pm each night. My kids loved swimming at night. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything necessary to cook breakfast lunch and dinner. We would definitely book this condo again.
