Perfect house for your stay in the South Bend area for Notre Dame football games or other sporting events, Graduation, Junior Parents Weekend, Class Reunions, weddings or just visiting family and friends this is a great location. Sleeps 11-13 guests with 3 bedrooms: 2 queen size beds and 3 sets of bunk beds (plus a queen elevated air mattress for extra guests in the living room) and 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and large private patio with gas firepit and grill for hosting your pre-and post-game tailgates. Just outside the historic and beautiful University of Notre Dame campus. 3 blocks to the Hammes ND Bookstore. Walkable neighborhood with Eddy Street Commons a block away and Trader Joe’s a short walk further. The front yard is waiting for a fun game of touch football among friends or even a cookout.

Great Property: So close to Notre Dame

Thanks Don for making us feel at home in your home. The proximity to Notre Dame's main drive cannot be beat and we loved being able to have coffee in the kitchen before we headed out for the day. The patio is amazing as well. We hope to be back soon. Go Irish!

Perfect family rental close to campus

This house is perfect! Fantastic location. Quick and easy walk to stadium and campus with Eddy Street a block away. Came for camp and couldn't have been better for families to share. New renovations are really nice, too. Host is super helpful. This place has everything you need for ND game weekends, move-in, JPW, and ND graduation. Will definitely be back! Thanks, Don!!

Perfect location for a visit to ND!

We had a great stay with our family in this house for a ND football weekend. Location was perfect, just a short walk to ND Avenue and the campus, and a few blocks from all that Eddy’s Commons offers - restaurants, bookstore, coffee and smoothie shops, etc. The house fit our family of 6 perfectly, with enough space for the kids to spread out. The owner Don was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had questions. We hope to stay there again for future football weekends! Go Irish!

Great location and top shelf service

First, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout every stop the process. Second, the property was clean and in good condition. Finally you can't beat the location near ND. All in all we would rent again without hesitation!

Perfect ND Gameday Accommodations

This rental is a gem - amazing location within walking distance to campus and a super clean, comfortable, family-friendly home with all the amenities you could possibly need for a football weekend. Communicating with the Host was easy; he was extremely attentive to all details. The home is well-appointed with extra touches and great amenities (grill, chairs for tailgating on the driveway, footballs to throw in the yard, pantry items, toiletries, etc.) that made the weekend even better. We definitely hope to return for a future ND weekend!
