Our home is located in Serra Highlands and Serra Highlands is a residential neighborhood located in South San Francisco, California. It is situated in the southern part of the city, near the Serra Monte neighborhood and not far from San Bruno Mountain State Park.

Serra Highlands is known for its picturesque views, as it sits on the eastern slope of San Bruno Mountain. The neighborhood offers a mix of housing options, including single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums. Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 4 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 8.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.

Please note that the gardener comes every other Tuesday of the month.
