Needed some cleaning vents were dirty some light switches were nonfunctional garage seemed to be used for storage futon in living room was broken a manual of what the owner wanted done before we left would be helpful only one light worked in the garage the garage door didn't work braches and litter was throughout the yard

Our stay was amazing! We planned a family trip to St Augustine and this lovely home was about 46 minutes away. My daughter left something behind and the host was lovely enough to send it our way. Best experience ever! I would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Great Family Landing Spot

Beautiful home with everything you need. There was plenty of room for two families to come together and make memories. Thank you for allowing us to use your space!

Beach trip

This is our second time staying at Rolling sands. Anna always provides great service. House was clean and sufficiently stocked with essentials. The master bed was comfortable don’t know about others as we didn’t use them.Always felt safe going outside at night. House was convenient to everything. Beach was only 20 minutes away.

Awesome stay and perfect host!

Beautifly decorated with great amenities. Excellent location for a visit with my daughter in Palm Coast and the gift (truffles), was a nice touch. Can't say enough about the host, Anna is fabulous, kind hearted and generous.

Palm Coast Stay

Nice neighborhood but traffic was loud & continuous. Definitely a working class neighborhood not a resort area. Several things missing but contacted the mgr. to rectify (ex: No ironing board or broiler pan). Secluded back yard with a fire pit to cook on & a screened in patio. Gas grill available.Washer & Dryer is in the garage. Description leads one to believe it is on a golf course but it was not nearby.

Perfect stay for 2 families

Enjoyable. This is a great place for families and those looking for a stay in a quiet neighborhood. 5 min drive to all the stores, and 10 min from the highway.

We came over from the West coast for the lights in St Augustine.

The house was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. Very easy to find the house and close to stores and restaurants. The kitchen could be a little better stocked with hot pads, tea towels and dish cloths and maybe some family friendly dishes. If had had my grandkids along I would have had concerns about them using the dishes and glasses. All in all though nice house.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed for the weekend to visit St. Augustine, Daytona and the surrounding Palm coast area. The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Palm coast

Check in was easy, house was clean, well-stocked with essentials. Nice neighborhood we felt safe walking at night. Master bedroom mattress was super comfy. The shower and nice soaking tub both had plenty of hot water. Th e screened in Lani was comfy, has a gas grill to cook your burgers or steaks. location was convenient to everything. Great place to stay, owner was quick to answer when we messed up the access code to door.

Great home away from home

The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was incredibly comfortable, and my family and I very much enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday. The owner was always accessible, and quickly responded to my messages. I will definitely visit again.

Loved it!

Anna's home is lovely, well equipped, and in a great location! We were lucky to be just a few minutes away from family members. The home was lovely, clean, and well equipped. It was only my husband and I, but it is perfectly comfortable for a family. We loved the home and the location and will definitely be staying here again when we visit family. Also, Anna was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks so much!

Cozy and Quiet

My daughter and I were so pleased with the accommodations. Clean and peaceful, nice green space out back with a screened in patio. It's everything that we needed and more. The area has plenty of places to go eat or do things.
