A brand-new river-to-ocean community that enables nature enthusiasts to spot a variety of Florida natives - including West Indian Manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, and a plethora of local birds.

The resort also counts with a pool area, where you can relax after a beach day.

Melbourne is near local beaches, parks, shopping, restaurants, and all the sights along the Space Coast. Some Florida wildlife you may see in the area around the marina may include manatees, dolphins, osprey, pelicans, stingrays, horseshoe crabs, and sharks.

- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay.
- Pool heat fee: $35/night + taxes.
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-• day advance notice.
- Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated.
- Pool size: 11’ x 22’.

You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

There is a maximum of 2 cars parked on the property. Street parking is not permitted in the community.

For additional parking, please use the Overflow Parking located on Strand Dr.

A map can be shared with guests once the booking is confirmed.
