Prime location in Emerald isle, which is within walking distance to the beach as well as shopping and great restaurants. You are less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Be blessed and encouraged in this space and enjoy the beautiful Eastern NC coast.
The space
Enjoy an outdoor patio table, picnic table, screened in porch, a back yard for lawn games, as well as an outdoor shower.
There is a duplex in the front of the property. There is a shared screened porch with games, beach chairs available, an outdoor shower, and picnic table. Private beach parking is available upon request and availability. The home is equipped with smart locks, and smart TVs. Bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel provided for each guest.
Pets are allowed with $100 pet fee. Please communicate the addition of a pet when booking.
Guest access
You have access to a driveway that can accommodate two cars along the street. Parking on the street is prohibited and you can be ticketed. Parking on the grass is prohibited due to the septic system.
Other things to note
There is no cable television, only smart TVs.
There is no laundry. One bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth will be provided.
