Peace and the sound of the ocean is beaconing you to this adorable ocean side retreat. Prime location in Emerald Isle, which is within walking distance to the beach as well as shopping and great restaurants. You are less than a 5 minute walk(0.2 mile) to the "crystal coast". Leave your stress and worries at home and come unwind and enjoy "peace of the beach".
The space
This home is a duplex and hosts a tiny house in the back of the property. The space hosts a king sized bed. There is a shared screened porch with games, beach chairs available, an outdoor shower, and picnic table. Private beach parking is available upon request and availability. The home is equipped with smart locks, and smart TVs. Bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel provided for each guest.
Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Please indicate the addition of a pet when booking.
Guest access
You have access to the second driveway that can accommodate two cars. Parking on the street is prohibited and you can be ticketed. Parking on the grass is prohibited due to the septic system.
Other things to note
This is a duplex with a "tiny house" in the back of the property. Check out the tiny house, "bloom where you are planted" and "Peace of the beach Unit A".
The beach is .2 mile walk.
There is no cable television, only smart TVs.
There is no laundry. One bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth will be provided.
