This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with separate bunk area, condo has been designed with your comfort in mind. The unit is located on the 9th floor and has 2- dedicated 9th floor parking spaces! No fighting elevators with luggage!
This floor plan is so spacious, it includes a full dining area and large living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. You can even wake up to beautiful views of the gulf from the master bedroom!
With parking on the same floor, you only have to use the elevators for the beach and pools!
**Balcony will be closed 10/31/25 to 3/21/26 for construction. DISCOUNTED RATES**

-$113.40 registration fee payable online prior to check in. This includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This is a 1 time fee and covers your entire stay.

-Poolside grill, Tiki style cocktail bar
-Private beach access

This unit also has 2 of it's own same floor parking spaces, making it easy to park and begin your vacation. However parking for a 3rd vehicle will result in having to use one of the City's overflow parking lots.
Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
**Registered guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.** No smoking in the unit. No pets.

The unit is self check in with unique code issued to each guest. Dedicated, same floor parking space means no elevator needed to get to unit!

I am easily reachable through the messaging system, and usually respond within a few minutes to an hour. Once booked my phone number is available for emergency situations.

Shores of Panama is centrally located to numerous attractions, shopping, and great restaurants!

It is easy to walk to many attractions and shopping.
Beach Boys taxi service is great for not wanting to use the car!
