THE SUNSET LAGOON, adorable home on the canal, right in the heart of all. Private boat & jet ski dock. Fish, crab or watch the sunset. Large waterfront back patio to sun bath, watch the dolphins, feed the fish, grill or sit around the firepit. No need to drive anywhere. Two min walk/Robert Strickland Park offering a beach, boat launch, picnic area, playground, restroom, fishing, famous Sam's Beach Bar, & Ollies Oyster Bar both w/live entertainment, Inn on the Gulf Seafood Restaurant, boat rentals & fishing charters. Eight min walk to crab house, ice cream shop, Circle S BBQ, church & mini mart. Not unlikely to see friendly Hudson locals doing a golf cart parade (golf cart on site, upon availability, can be rented for an additional charge), walking or bicycling to catch the most beautiful sunset in Hudson. Great Waterfront House

House was awesome, clean, and big enough for a family of 6. Property manager communication was excellent .We spend a 3 day weekend and we loved it .Definitely recommend this house for any getaway.

Great location

We were able to have a fantastic time right in the vicinity of the house. Kayaking, playing at the beach, fishing, watching the boats come and go. All right there!

Relaxing weekend

This property is absolutely beautiful and sooo peaceful! We were able to fish, see dolphins and other beautiful fish. It’s walking distance to the beach and fresh seafood. The property manager was the most attentive and friendly manager I have ever dealt with. The house was stocked with everything you will need and more! The attention to detail was impressive.We are already planning out next visit!

Wonderful ambiance

The property was clean, well equipped and relaxing. We had one small problem and the manager had it fixed quickly. Loved the view. Able to walk to many nice restaurants and had a cute ice cream shop very close. The people we met in Hudson was very friendly.

Perfect for our small family

This house was perfect for our long weekend in Hudson. The bedrooms were the right size with nice comfy beds. We enjoyed watching the birds outside in the water. We didn’t use any of the outdoor items supplied, but it was great to know they were there. It was very clean and owner was easy to get in touch with if needed.

Great time

The house was clean and cozy. Great location. Good food close by. We had some feathered friends come visit each morning faithfully. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the patio too much as we got there during a week of rain. Beds weren’t the comfiest but after a full day of being out & about they did their job. Cindy was great to deal with and was very communicative. We will def stay here again.

Great house

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and so clean. We loved being right on the canal. The only negatives were that we could not get the TV to work and the beach is also not a swimming type beach. It is more of a park with water and rocks. We drove an hour south to find a real beach. It was a cute house though and the host was super nice!

Short Walk to the Beach!

This is a very clean house equipped with the necessities but who wants to stay inside when the beach is a 3 minute walk, with restaurant views of the sunset! This 3 bedroom house will fill your needs for a get away so don't hesitate to try this comfy house and it's great location! Family lived 2 minutes away too but we could visit and not be under foot! a WIN all the way around. Thanks so much!

Wonderful place for anyone

This place has everything you could need to have a wonderful stay. We did not have to rent bikes or kayaks they were there at the house. Along with fishing Poles, grils an other stuff. There was so much to do outside the home that the tv was never even turned on. It is a very clean an well kept home. The property manager was very helpful an wonderful to work with. We will definitely be returning.

Canal Home

It was our 1st trip to Hudson & we enjoyed the area. Easy check in and check out. The home was clean, tidy & comfortable, with nice added touches. The basic kitchen amenities were provided. Communication with Cindy, the property manager was great, she was quick to answer questions/concerns. Cindy is kind, responsive and informative. We spent some time on the back porch overlooking the canal, watching the pelicans. Suggestions: could use a 12 c coffee maker, and replace a few patio chair cushions.

Perfect Holiday Stay

Forget fruitcake and frantic shopping sprees, our Christmas this year was all about sunshine, laughter, and making memories that will last a lifetime. And the reason? This wonderful home in the heart of Hudson Beach, Florida! the magic of this house wasn't just contained within its walls. Hudson itself was a delightful surprise. Plenty of spots for great food, drinks and fun. We spent our days exploring the hidden gems of the area – kayaking on the gulf and even catching a glimpse of manatees! So, if you're looking for an escape that's far from the ordinary, look no further than this hidden gem in Hudson, Florida. We can't wait to return next year, and the year after that, and for many Christmases to come!

Perfect get away!

We wanted to go somewhere small and not commercialized for spring break this year…..Hudson is definitely that! Everyone we talked to in this small town was friendly and welcoming. This is a picturesque fishing town; complete with crab fishing boats parading out to the Gulf every evening in front of Hudson Beach. The house was exactly what we expected and wanted. We had everything we needed and actually more than what was advertised. The location, with the inlet to the Gulf of Mexico just put back was perfect! The property manager is very accommodating and wants to work with you to make your stay extraordinary. The only downside to this house and quaint little town is we had to leave so soon. We’ll be back!

Hudson

The property was clean but attention to detail lacked a little bit. The kitchen is not well stocked, no baking dishes, measuring cups or measuring spoons and only enough place settings for four people. The TV in the guest room did not work. Property manager was very responsive to questions and concerns.

Cute House - Great Location!

Cindy was a great host, very communicative and informative, great having a local property manager to give you tips on where to visit! The house was very clean and nicely decorated with a cute beach theme. It is much bigger inside than it looks on the outside, slept our entire family of 5 comfortably in the 3 bedrooms and pull-out bed! The house has a nice big patio and we spent a lot of time outdoors under the umbrella, grilling, sitting by the fire pit at night, or with our feet in the water during the day. It was also very convenient taking the boat out to the gulf which is only a few houses down! The house is very conveniently located in the heart of downtown Hudson. We were able to walk a block or less to 4 different restaurants, the beach, and the park, and even more shopping and eating in just a very short drive! We had a great time. Very peaceful and convenient. Definitely recommended if you are in Hudson, especially if you have a boat as you can drop it in the water out front. We will be back again with friends!
