Lovely beach bungalow oozing character and charm.Location was absolutely perfect for us close to the beach and with in easy walking of John's Pass. Incredibly quiet, we loved sitting outside each morning listening to the brid song .Thanks for everything Ken .

I have stayed here several times, before new owner as well. Home is one of my favorites we rent, has everything you need. Owner is very responsive and has updated home just enough to keep the old Florida charm in place.

This was the perfect little place for a beach getaway. The distance to the beach was perfect. There were lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. We had everything we needed for our stay and were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this place!

Independence Day Vacation

The beach bungalow was the perfect stay. It was easy to get to the beach, walk to the boardwalk and other attractions. The bungalow fit our family of 5 perfectly. An added bonus was all the great firework displays. We definitely recommend!

Was very nice to be so close to the beach with a yard for the dog! Some houses around are still recovering but this place was good. Very nice relaxing place!

I loved this place. One bed, one bath, modern galley kitchen, south-facing deck and west-facing porch. Half block from a very beautiful and private beach, easy walk. Beach chairs and some toys included.Very easy parking in driveway west of Gulf Blvd but not on it, very quietAlthough the property is small, there are 20 windows and 20 palm trees (I counted).Sunshine Lane is the best I can say about it, it sort of speaks for itself.Absolutely beautiful, I cried when I left after a week.

Loved this little place. Very clean and a lot of space for a one bed one bath. Very convenient being close to the beach and John’s Pass. The small neighborhood is a great place for a slow morning walk. Beautiful yard and well maintained. They provide you with beach equipment which is also a plus.

The home was just as described. Maybe 100 yards from the beach and very well maintained. Ken was helpful and responsive with the couple of questions I had and we would definitely stay there again. Best place we have stayed in the Tampa Bay area

Adorable home by the beach

Such an adorable, well maintained and nicely decorated home. Very close to the beach access. It was clean and stocked with necessities. Being able to bring my dog on vacation means the world to me. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying there.
