Le Beach House est le refuge parfait pour les couples et les familles. Il est situé dans une communauté calme au bord de la plage composée de maisons de plage éclectiques sur Treasure Island. Cette maison de plage haut de gamme a été récemment rénovée et propose des armoires de style cottage personnalisées, des comptoirs en granit, une barre en verre avec des sièges pour 6 et un îlot de cuisine Jenn-Air.
Le Beach House se trouve à seulement 200 pas des belles plages de sable blanc de la côte ouest de la Floride. Les eaux douces du golfe sont parfaites pour la baignade de tous âges. Les kilomètres de plages sont parfaits pour de longues promenades ou courses.

Profitez de la plage ou traversez le pont John’s Pass pour vous rendre dans un village de pêcheurs pittoresque où de nombreux magasins uniques, restaurants de fruits de mer frais, glaciers, bateaux de pêche affrétés, location de jet ski et bars au bord de l'eau vous attendent.

Great property! Easy walk to the beach. House is a perfect size with large comfortable bedrooms and beds! Host was quick to respond questions. Sometimes the traffic from Gulf BLVD could be heard in the bedrooms…but it didn’t interrupt anyone’s sleep. Highly recommend!

The property is fantastic and was ideal for our whole family. It is beautifully decorated and designed with everything you need for a beach getaway. Gail was awesome to work with and checked on us regularly. We will definitely go back if we need that much space in the future. And the “movie screen” in the living room was an amazing feature!

Great Location

Walking to the beach was easy! The house offered a few beach chairs and other beach toys. Missing was a wagon to pull them to the beach, but it isn't that far. John's Pass that includes many shops and restaurants (including Bubba Gump's) is only a short walk. This is a perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

Highly recommended

This is hands down the most well-equipped vacation rental we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is STOCKED! Beach chairs and towels were abundant. The beds and pillows are cozy. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Check in was a breeze, and communicating with Gail was wonderful.

The property was just as advertised. We searched for an ADA accessible property and this was as close as we could get. The house could use some better (or sharpened) knives. They were all very dull.

Gail has an amazing property. It is 250’ from the beach tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The listing does not do the home justice. Bedrooms are HUGE, kitchen is amazing, and it had everything you need to have a blast at Treasure Island. You will not regret staying here, I know we will be back.

The kitchen/dining and living room layout was a perfect size for our group of 6. The house has plenty of closets and dressers to unpack your things for your stay. We enjoyed the outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming in the ocean.

I grew up in a small town in Connecticut. I moved to Tampa in 1981 and haven't been back North since then. I love Florida and all it has to offer. The weather is amazing, especially in the winter when I'm wearing shorts and all my friends up North are shoveling snow and freezing!

The Beach House is located on the beautiful West Coast of Florida. The beaches are beautiful and the Gulf waters are typically calm and warm. The location of this beach house is perfect as it is only steps to the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

I love the sunsets on the West Coast. Every evening, I walk down the boardwalk to the beach and sit on the steps and watch the sunset. It's amazing every time!
