Located just 15 minutes from Ft Myers airport, you will find yourself relaxing on the back screened lanai before venturing out to one of many lovely beaches, golf courses or scenic outdoor parks in the area. Grab a bite to eat at a variety of restaurants within minutes from the condo! Enjoy shopping? You will be 7 minutes from Miromar Outlets, 10 minutes to Coconut Point, or outlet 12 minutes to Gulf Coast Town Center shopping malls.

An elevator is on site in the building for your convenience.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, pool, hot tub and exercise room. Guests will also be able to access the storage unit where we have provided beach supplies to include chairs, a beach mat, a rolling cooler bag and sand toys.

We want you to feel at home while you stay with us. You have a private, covered carport spot right outside the condo. An elevator is also available! The condo is stocked with items to make your stay more relaxing. If you have any specific needs, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

The HOA management company runs a background check on all guests staying at the property. A separate, one time fee of $175 will be billed to the guest(s). The HOA usually turns this around quickly, however it may take up to 10 days.
