Completely rehabbed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom high end, 3rd floor condo in a historic greystone, 5 minutes walk to Wrigley Field. And only 2 minutes walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking included.

unit amenities: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room fireplace, washer and dryer in the unit.

For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. None are inside the apartments or in the spots where they would interfere with guests' privacy.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath unit a short walk from all the fun of Boystown and Wrigleyville. A short walk to a metro stop will help get you around the city. Unit is Newly updated and super clean. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for others. If you have issues climbing stairs, this isn’t the unit for you. Condo is on the 3rd floor (not an issue for us)

Excellent rooms and location. We came into town for a baseball and food experience and this was a very nice, clean location with easy access to Wrigley Field and CTA transit. I would highly recommend!

The property was exactly as pictured. I greatly appreciated the unique details rhe owner included and the convenience of the location. My friends and I were visiting for a concert at Wrigley Field. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, looks exactly as pictures. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and bedding is top notch. Stayed 3 nights, Cubs games and city exploring. Condo is walkable to Wrigley field, restaurants and bars. Condo was great to relax in before and after our activities. Park your car and have fun. Loved having coffee on back porch very morning. Peter was very kind and helpful. Don’t hesitate book, I know I will book again.

beautiful condo. great location for a weekend getaway for baseball fans. Peter was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. 6 of us went to Cubs vs Red sox series. Were able to walk to everything Wrigleyville had to offer, Would return without a doubt.

A selfish part of me wants to gate keep how amazing this place is, but I won't do it. It is absolutely perfect! Great location within walking distance of delicious restaurants and Wrigley Field. Loved having the two parking spots. And the actual space was stunning! Thoughtfully laid out and felt very luxurious. Lots of steps to get up to the third floor unit but we didn't even mind because it was just so beautiful inside!

Great kitchen with plenty of seating and all of the necessities. Having a Keurig machine was a really nice surprise too.
Each bedroom was clean, beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds and pillows.

Great Location!

Location was excellent and we found that we did not need our rental car at all. Walking distance to the L and Wrigleyfield with tons of great restaurant and bar options nearby as well. The unit was also clean and well appointed. We’d love to stay here again in the future!

Weekend Getaway

We took the MLK weekend to get away to Chicago to do some brewery hopping and exploring neighborhoods away from the usual downtown attractions. This was the perfect location for walking around and getting to Wrigley Field. The unit is fresh, clean and very comfortable.

Perfect stay in Chicago

Our host made everything so easy. Check in, check out couldn't have been simpler. Fluffy towels and gorgeous bathrooms. Coffee and beer waiting for us. Comfy beds and a toasty gas fireplace. A 7-11 at the end of the street for buying snacks and wine. Amazing location. Spotless! We can't wait to go back in the summer and enjoy the deck.
