Things to note:
1. There are approximately 12 steps to enter as the apartment includes the first and second floor.
2. Free public street parking is usually available on the same street or close to the property.
3. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to enter the property.
4. This is a 2-unit townhome, where the top unit is being rented out.
5. Jersey City is an urban city and minor road/street noise is normal from the front side of the property.
6. Please, no shoes are allowed inside of the property. Residential 10pm-6am noise curfew is enforced.

2. Please note, Jersey City has a noise curfew at 10pm which is heavily enforced.
3. Based on the size of the unit, up to 4 individuals at a time are legally allowed inside the property.
4. No visitors are allowed who are not included in the initial reservation. By booking this reservation, you give us permission to cancel or shorten your stay if you are disruptive or allow additional people onto the property for any reason.
