Beach chairs, cart with a soft cooler attached, boogie boards, umbrellas (both large and small), AND beach tags are provided!!

This unique duplex offers opportunities for everyone; whether you are looking to staycation or enjoy a Jersey Shore summer vacation, get together or reunion with friends, or need a place large enough for your wedding party - we have you covered! Have a large family? No problem! Rent the entire duplex – that’s 6 bedrooms and 3 baths (sleeps 15) including a large outdoor deck, beach tags, and private parking! Four short blocks to the beach and world-famous Ocean City boardwalk, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants – with Wawa only a couple blocks away! Plentiful street parking with 1 dedicated parking space directly behind property (via alley-access). A short walk or bike ride away from the crashing waves, dining, and shopping. The beautifully remodeled kitchen features Quartz counters, ample cabinetry, and brand-new stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances including a gas range, and full-sized stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee or a bite on the unique surfboard bar-top table or make your way to the large sliding door that leads you to a massive outdoor East facing deck featuring a patio table and couch, completed with a Weber BBQ – ideal for entertaining or dining alfresco. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spotless and comfortably fit our small family. The huge back deck was our favorite feature by far! Great location, peaceful and quiet but walkable to the beach and boardwalk. Alysa was a reliable communicator and responded promptly. Thanks again!

A beautiful property in an idyllic town

This was our first vacation with our 1-year-old daughter and we couldn't be happier with our decision to book here. The check-in process was hassle-free and the amenities were perfect for our little family. It was just a short walk to the beach and a quick car ride a few blocks to the bustling boardwalk. Plenty of free parking as most of the area is residential. The property was very clean and we loved that there was private parking in the back. There is an east-facing roof patio and a west-facing terrace so you can sit outside and not have the sun beating down on you the whole time. All the furniture was clean and comfortable but a special shoutout to the Queen mattress in the middle room. It was so comfortable that we are considering buying the same one for our home. The outdoor shower was a great addition to avoid trekking sand into the house. Overall, we had a great experience with our first family vacation and our first VRBO at that! Thank you for everything!

Great Place!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The modern, beachy decor throughout the condo was beautiful and the outdoor area was awesome! It was so nice to hang out on the deck and grill in between the beach and nighttime activities. The place was spotless when we arrived and in a great location as well! Highly recommend!

Beautiful!

I can not say enough great things about this place! It is on the smaller size but is laid out so well that 6 of us did not feel cramped at all. It is so clean and the decor is fabulous, but the best part is the amazing rear deck. It's practically the size of the unit!! And the beds, oh the beds, more comfortable than mine at home! Such a pleasant surprise considering most rentals the mattresses are subpar. Alysa was so nice and great to work with, quickly responding to any questions I had. Would definitely rent this place again. You should rent it too!!

fabulous clean place to stay

great location a few blocks from shopping area and boardwalk . very clean and comfortable. loved it. I wish we could have stayed longer. Alysa was very responsive . check in and check out was super easy. Everything exactly as described in listing on VRBO! Definitely will be back!

Our Positives/Suggestions

Positives: -The listing and pictures are exactly described -2 decks to enjoy -Fully equipped kitchen -Beautifully decorated! -Stackable washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. -Cute/clever beach tag storage plaque precisely placed! -No keys needed, only a personalized code. -Complimentary coffee/creamer was a nice touch! -Who doesn't love Mrs. Meyers hand soaps!?! Suggestions: -The renters below had small children that yelled and ran which could be heard often. -No privacy if you were the 2 on the sleeper sofa. Maybe change the listing to "Comfortably sleeps 4 but can sleep 6." -Small TV's needed for the bedrooms as there is only 1 TV in the living room. -HVAC said the cooling system is 30+ years old, replace it OR install ceiling fans OR keep portable ones in the closets. -The indoor dining area did not meet our needs during the rain (decks could not be accessed). -The bedroom closest to the small deck has a screen frame but no screen. When the AC went out, we opened the windows. Luckily my kids are older so they knew not to lean out OR touch the wires hanging. -Mostly clean with the exception of a stained mattress protector on the sofa bed and some things left in the dryer from the previous renter. -The dust buster just didn't do the job. A bigger vacuum is needed. It took us all week to find the broom and dust pan too tucked in between the fridge and the washer/dryer. Maybe rehome to one of the closets or on the other side of the washer/dryer?

This home was absolutely perfect for a family of 4. Absolutely loved the outside balcony. Beach and shops were within walking distance. Off street parking was a great bonus and there was always spots out front available. House was super clean. It was a great beach getaway spot

Perfect Long Weekend in OCNJ

This place is adorable and perfect for a small group! It is exactly as described, and makes great use of the space available. It is modern, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The deck is huge! Adorable Beach Stay!

This rental was super adorable and clean. We had a couple little hiccups but Alysa was very helpful and understanding and very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect for a beach get away and I would definitely stay here again!

We are extremely excited for the opportunity to host you at our home. We want you to enjoy every minute of your stay and we look forward to exceeding your expectations any way we can! Our duplex has recently been completely renovated and features all new appliances, big TVs, fast internet, and modern conveniences. We worked diligently to create the same guest experience that we would want to have for our own personal vacations.

I grew up going down the shore for family vacations and since Brad and I have been married, he has been able to experience the enjoyment of the Jersey Shore and all it has to offer and now the same goes for our 4 year old daughter.
We are excited to host you to share those same experiences and create countless memories with your family and friends too!

It’s very important to us that our guests know we care about their stay and want to provide great customer service. Should you need anything at all, please ask. We hope to welcome you soon to enjoy your stay.

We are newer short-term rental owners and have completely renovated this unit and the downstairs unit (we own the duplex) the beginning of 2022! It's centrally located, so we believe it's the ideal location - only 4 short blocks to the Beach or the Bay!
