Kick back and relax in this lakefront Condo! Surrounded by mountains on Lake Hamilton. If you’re looking for a getaway where you can fish, swim, kayak, or just lay out with a good book and catch some sun- this is the spot for you! The property is close enough to see what all fabulous Hot Springs has to offer but also gets you away from it all!
Located in a quiet and safe gated community and offers nothing short of amazing and peaceful lake views from your private balcony.

This cozy upstairs unit is perfect for families or just a couples getaway. This condo is priced just right for 6 guest.
Each bedroom offers a comfy Queen size bed for a great nights sleep. Along with the pullout sofa bed in the living room. A large smart tv is located in the living room.
One bathroom with walk- in shower- with plenty of towels, shampoos, soaps, and hairdryer.

The kitchen offers a cooktop with convection/microwave and refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. Stocked with pots, pans, bowls, plates, cooking and eating utensils, cups, coffee mugs
A coffee maker with coffee, filters, creamer, and sugars are provided for those peaceful coffee mornings on the porch.

Swim towels available for dips in the lake!
Bring swim toys or even a kayak and enjoy the day in the beautiful waters of Lake Hamilton.

There's plenty to do with board games, cards, and a large T.V. with internet. Or take a stroll around the boardwalk and enjoy the views of the water!
A charcoal grill is located on the deck. (Don’t forget to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid)

While there is no slips available, boats are welcome to tie up to the boardwalk. Trailer parking available.

This Condo is an easy 12-15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Perfect to enjoy the day exploring and then head back to your condo for a relaxing evening on the lake!

It was a good view! Was clean! It was advertised as a 3 bedroom which is what sold it for us, however the "third" bedroom was a sofa bed that there was no bedding for! Vwry disappointing!

Nice cozy condo on the lake

Myself and my kids stayed here one night. It was cute and comfortable. Even though there was a lot of activity nearby, bring summer on the lake, but it quieted down at night and was very peaceful. The condo had everything we needed.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood with a lake view just a few steps from where we stayed, and we enjoyed kayaking and swimming. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. When we noticed there weren’t enough essentials such as toilet paper and trash bags for our 4 night stay with 6 people, they quickly brought more. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook with, the area was beautiful, and there was so much to do. We went e-biking, explored downtown hot springs, and visited the Magic Springs theme park which I would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Exactly what we expected from the listing. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the lake view. Everything about this place screamed cozy, comfortable and relaxing.

Broken tv, broken bbq pit ( we couldn’t grill the steaks and hamburgers we brought )and MICE in kitchen that we saw. Tiffany “ found that hard to believe” well believe it, we packed up and left immediately. Kindly asked for refund and only received partial.We had to cook our eggs by flashlight on our phones , light out. The reviews on this place totally totally scammed us!

I’m sorry for your ill experience. However I think some of your complaints are a little exaggerated. Firstly, the tv is not broken- the tv is less than 2 months old. The issue was there was a battery missing from the remote. I know because I checked the tv personally. Had you told me a battery was the problem I would have instructed you on where extra batteries are kept. Second, the light in the kitchen does work- I know this because I was there the day you checked out. So I’m not sure why you assumed that. The bbq grill did have a broken leg but that was unbeknownst to me and I could have easily brought a replacement had I been given the opportunity. Which it has been since replaced with a brand new one. I have no proof of mice so I can’t comment either way on that. We do have a professional exterminator that treats the property so yes I did find that hard to believe but I also know it is a lake setting and anything is possible. You received more than a partial refund ma’am- I refunded you 3 out of your 4 nights stay. You never complained about the first night. I tried to be helpful and accommodating, especially after the rude and threatening text messages I received from your husband. My goal has always been to take care of my Guest the best to my ability to make sure their experience is a good one. None of the previous guest reviews are misleading or scamming, as you say. I highly doubt that many guest would lie on their review. Good day to you.

On the water

Booking and check in was very easy for this 2 bed/1 bath condo. Perfect spot for a small family or small friend group. Gated community right on Lake Hamilton with swimming, fishing and boating. The pull out couch was easy to set up. I do recommend bringing small fans for the bedrooms because the air didn’t circulate as well as in the living area. Nonetheless, it was still very comfortable. Clean for the most part besides some sweeping that got left behind right when we walked in. (The only reason I rated cleanliness a 4/5). Lots of exploring can be done here. We enjoyed our stay.

Short getaway was okay!

Says three bedroom, only two with pull out couch in living room. Toaster was put away uncleaned with I’m guessing cheese toast being made in it. After cleaning it out and smoking up the condo, it worked fine! Only convection oven but worked great and enjoyed my first time using one. Rooms were super hot, woke up sweaty every morning. Could use a front bedroom portable air conditioner. There was a neighborhood rat that found his way to our upstairs balcony! Owner was super nice and directions to the condo were super easy to follow. Right on the water was good for fishing but only caught a few walleye, blue gill and small mouth bass. Would recommend going in cooler months for more outdoor activity, heat index was around 110 during our stay. Living room air conditioner worked great, even had to grab the blankets. Very clean other than the rat and the toaster which I’m sure was no fault of the owner!

Gorgeous sunsets

Our stay at this condo was the perfect little getaway! We loved being able to fish right outside and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. The condo itself is cute, with lots of charming little details that made it feel cozy.A few things to note: the title mentions kayaks, but you actually have to contact the owner ahead of time to rent them, which wasn’t clear from the listing. It can be a little misleading if you're quickly browsing titles. We ended up buying an inflatable kayak at Dick’s and it worked out great for future lake trips.One unsettling experience—around 4:30 AM our first night, someone tried to enter our condo. Not sure if they were lost, but it definitely gave us a scare.Also, the front bedroom gets really hot. It could really use its own AC unit instead of relying on the one in the living room.That said, we still had a great time. The neighbors were friendly, the area was peaceful, and the location is ideal for a relaxing lake trip!

Unfortunately VRBO limits how much detail is allowed in the Title so we try to be as detailed as possible in the description with the kayak rentals. I’m sorry about the early morning scare experience. While I wasn’t made aware of that more than likely it was a lost guest. We do have outdoor cameras for any incidents that may occur. With a condo setup it’s possible they were confused on their unit. Typically this is a very safe complex, especially with the gated entry. Thanks for staying and sharing your feedback with us!

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT

Very hazardous unit. I cut my foot on holes in the tile of the bedroom. There are sharp holes in the tile throughout the unit. After reaching out to the host about this injury, her response was “you can cancel your booking”. She was very unconcerned and careless. Downstairs bedroom stays hot, no central A/C or A/C unit for this room. Unit was not clean. Towels that were left out for us to use were stained and smelled rotten. Ran out of toilet paper on day 1 with only 2 guests. Balcony has MANY nails sticking up that are also very hazardous and painful to walk on. There are other units for rent in this same complex on other site…use those. This one is absolutely the worst. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you’ve booked this unit, I would CANCEL BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. -2/10 (great location gives it 2pts)-Terrible host-Hazardous unit (especially for children & pets)-Unkept

This is absolutely ridiculous and laughable sir. Out of all the guest I have hosted never have I ever had one complain to this degree. There is nothing hazardous about this property. Yes you complained that your cut your toe inside - but you never sent proof of anything after I asked. You never mentioned the balcony?? Also- the flooring is tile- it does not have holes in it. Im certain if there was I would have complaints long before yours. I offered you 3 times (I have proof btw) to cancel your stay and you ignored my messages. So no I don’t believe any of these ridiculous accusations. I attempted to offer any resolution to your so called complaint (again you never sent proof). My Guest safety and satisfaction is upmost importance to me and their experience. So for you to bash my property after ignoring my offer to fix the situation by offering you a cancellation says much about you a Guest.
