The view is great . We never turned on the AC. The sound of the sea and the breeze made for comfortable sleeping. I took advantage of the pool for morning laps. Loqillo Beach was our go to only 5 mins away. The Kiosks are fun. The food in Loqillo is amazing.

We loved our stay! Apartment had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable. Host was very communicative. Check-in was easy. Great location for beach, as well as proximity to El Yunque and excursions to Cuelbra. Great view and so nice to hear the sounds of the ocean.

Escape from the MN cold

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool as well as the convenient location to visit El Yunque National Park.

Decent place next to the beach and the rainforests

Served our purpose for staying there. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo but for coming last at night and enjoying the wind and view, it was great.

Truly blessed !

Beach is right out the back door. Best small neighborhood cafe is a walk on the beach away. Shower was Devine and balcony is so comfortable. We were happy to find this spot.

The property is on the beach as it says, it’s great but the elevators were horrible. it’s not fair that it you rent the owners property, you should be able to park in owners parking NOT visitor parking.

Great place to stay. We were there for 4 days. The amenities were fantastic with a fantastic pool and beach access steps away. I was surprised there was only one wall unit AC in the apartment but after we turned it on and waited a while. We found it was able to keep the entire apartment cool. I do wish it was turned on in advance of our arrival. After a long day of flights and traveling its always nice to walk in to a cool room. Besides that one small inconvenience the rest of the stay was delightful. Staff was friendly and the place felt safe, there were extras like sunscreen and a couple waters. Really great place to stay!!!

We started a complaint and dispute. The moment we arrived. Communicating with the property manager was nearly impossible, we had no idea where to go or what building we were in, didn't even know the apartment number. And when I questioned the cleanliness of the establishment, the property manager was completely unprofessional. I started a complaint last Friday, which was now 5 days ago and have not heard anything back from your organization. I will tell you now, this will be the last time I use your service

The apartment was very nice, but the communication with the owner was very difficult. The phone number I was given by VRBO for the owner was incorrect, and the app and website would not allow you to email the owner directly. So I had received several messages from the owner, but I had no way to reply.

We liked the location of the building, it's very close to the beach with a private access of residents. The apartment is on 4th floor, which is not so hard to use stairs. Keys access is easy and smooth. Owner is a nice lady. We slept with windows open and it was a great experience due to the ocean sounds all night as a meditation. There is a 24 hours security downstairs, so the parking is safe. Gates can be opened only if you have keys. The apartment has pans for cooking, towels, iron, hamak and a basketball ball. And Luquillo is so close to Fajardo, where you can travel to islands. I am already missing Puerto Rico

Elevators don't work most of the time

The room itself was good as it was in the photos but elevators to the even floors did not work, we had an infant with stroller and luggage, had great difficulty opening the stair doors and taking the strollers and luggage through it. The bathroom does not have any toiletries, just one bath liquid which smelled like dishwash liquid. Had to go and buy conditioner and moisturizer. If you have lot of luggage don't stay here.

Nice property. We enjoyed our stay. The beach is nice, Restaurants was walkable (boardsurfers was great), The room was nice and spacious and enjoyed having the patio especially the hammock. Our only complaints was more details could be made towards cleaning the unit. Don't get me wrong, it was not nasty just small things like food caked up all down stove, the tub needs refinished, and toothpaste left in cup. But overall it was a nice stay. Our biggest complaint though was not about the unit but the property itself.. the swimming pool closes at 7pm and also beach access from the resort. It would have been nice after days out to come in and spend evening in pool.. but we did not get to enjoy the pool because it closes so early. It is all lite up at night and beautiful but you can't get in it .. ?.. But again that was resort not unit. If wanting to stay on Luquillo area I would still recommend.
