Enjoy your stay at my centrally-located, family and pet friendly home! Less than 10 minutes' drive to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International airport, Port Everglades (cruise port), the famous Fort Lauderdale beach, and downtown Las Olas (night life).

Fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable get away in sunny Florida, a home away from home. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and pharmacy. Keyless entry.

You will have the entire guesthouse to yourselves, one bedroom with Queen bed and one bedroom with a double bed plus Twin bed trundle. The second bedroom also has a small working area with a desk and chair. There is also a pull out couch with a Queen bed in the living room. Bathroom has a stand-in shower.

Note that this is a duplex, I live in the unit next to yours. You will have access to the enclosed backyard shared with me and my dog Charlie :)

Fully equipped kitchen also!


Other things to note:


Please take care of my place as you would yours:
- I have a lot of greenery on the property, so please, in order to avoid an accidental fire, absolutely no smoking!
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house.
- There are several wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them!

Absolutely no smoking in the property allowed.


Pets allowed:
Up to 2 pets are allowed as long as they are pre-approved. Please message me before hand if you plan on traveling with your pets. Any non approved pet will result in a fee.
