It was a very welcoming and beautiful house for our vacation, we loved the hot tub and the quick drive to shopping centers and local restaurants. The host responded very quick to all of our questions and was very nice to deal with. Definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a nice house to spend your vacation.

We decided to spend 2025 Thanksgiving with our 99 year old Dad, sister and nephew. Having a 4 year old English Springer Spaniel who loves to run we needed a fenced in back yard. This was perfect for dogs. Plus they even had his favorite toys he grew up with. The Kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving Day Dinner, even a pie plate. All we supplied was a foil pan for the Turkey. The Living Room was perfect for watching Football, huge TV and the couch is nice and comfy. Master Bed Room and Bath was great with 2 huge closets and a wonderful walk in shower. Very close by are some great Restaurants. Fin's Seafood and Dive Bar and Twisted Lobster. Chris & Jena were very commutive and accommodating. The photo's on Vrbo are right on very accurate.

This place turned out to be just perfect for us. It was in a great location and the pool was perfect to beat the afternoon heat. Everything was super clean and all the extras really made it special (pool floats, ping pong table, kayaks, games). Would definitely come back and stay again!

The location for this home is excellent for traveling around Cape Coral and accessing bridges to Ft Myers and beaches. The house is a good fit for 2 couples or family of 4 having 2 nice size bedrooms. The pool is really nice for summer weather. Didn’t check out the hot tub. Back yard is well fenced and a good place for the pet to hang outside. Didn’t get a chance to use kayaks or bikes but they would be great to use with bike lanes on the roads and a boat launch up the road at Horton Park. Host communicates very well. My wife and I will certainly use this property again on our next visit to the Cape.

Magnificent Little Oasis

We cannot say enough good things about this place. Wonderful hosts, immaculate, perfectly appointed property. Absolutely did not want to leave, absolutely would return.Opportunity to observe endangered/protected Burrowing Owls local to the Cape, close to Sanibel/ Captiva, pool, hot tub...perfect. Stay Here, y'all!

The Perfect Florida Experience!

I can't say enough about this property! In my opinion, it has everything you could possibly want for a stay in Florida... comfy beds, amazing backyard, quiet neighborhood... and the amenities the hosts provide make traveling stress free - full kitchen, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, pool floats and even sand toys if you're traveling with little ones. The communication with the hosts was top notch. I would not hesitate to book again. Thanks for the great place to stay!!

Cape Coral Hot Tub Vacation

What can I say?! We arrived and there was a bouquet of flowers, two dozen chocolate chip cookies, and a hand-written note welcoming us and wishing us a happy Valentine's Day! You couldn't ask for more better hosts. The hot tub was my personal favorite.

Nice stay in Cape Coral

Roomy, clean and comfortable home with a great hot tub and convenient location. Had it been warmer, we would have loved to use the pool...but too cool for us Floridians. Very clean pool and hot tub. TVs have good pictures. We would come back.

Wonderful Relaxing Getaway

We had an amazing time enjoying this wonderful property. Everything was clean and fresh. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Pool and hot tub was clean and fun to enjoy during the afternoons with our pups since the back yard was fenced in. Definitely will visit again in the future!

Fall 2024 visit

My husband and I had originally booked 2 nights beginning of November, but ended up only staying 1 night. Very spacious home and backyard. Nice neighborhood. The owners provided lots of activities including dart board, ping pong table, kayaks all located in the garage along w/ the washer and dryer. We only took advantage of ping pong briefly but it was good fun. They have a resident owl standing watch in front of the home which was very cool to see.Very pleasant stay over all, owners were very communicative.

Tiki House

This house was the cutest. It was myself and 2 teenage boys in town for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect and the area for food fit for us. The amenities at the house kept the boys entertained. They had ping pong tournaments daily along with enjoying the pool and games out back. Jena and Chris’s information ahead of time was very informative and helpful too. We found everything right where they said and didn’t need to reach out. The Burrowing owls gave us a bit of a shock but we enjoyed watching them. We hope to be back one day!!!

FANTABULOUS SUMMER VIBES

What a beautiful Tiki House! Enjoyed the games, the accommodation... Not to say chris and Jen were just a text away for anything we needed. We spent most of the days taking in the sun BY THE POOL! LAST BUT NOT LEAST, OH MY.... The aroma!? Yessss... its summer time! I would definitely give a 200 stars if I could!!!

Amazing House

The house was so clean, comfortable and stylish. Quiet neighborhood and the attention to details was very much appreciated. It was just me in there, but possibly looking to head back with my significant other for a family vacation. And it was so wonderful that this beautiful property was dog friendly as I was there to pick up our new puppy. We will be back with our 2 dogs all together.
