Your Slice of Paradise. Brand new Cottage with all new appliances, Bed, Sofa and TV's at Manatee Cove Key Largo Florida. My little Paradise is a water front property with a dock and Boat ramp. Community pool is right across the canal. Fish right from the dock or take the Kayak and fish the nearby islands. Kayaks are free for you to use during your stay. Flotation device must be worn when out on the Kayak. NO BOATS OR JET SKIS ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY.

A little slice of heaven

Great location if you want to explore Biscayne and Everglades National Parks without staying in Homestead. Enjoyed kayaking in the evening and watching the sunset. We will be back!

Five Stars!

Mario was the perfect host. Upon arrival, he met us at the RV to show us around and to make sure we knew everything about the place and to answer any questions. I had to text him a couple of times and he answered right away. What more could one ask? He was warm, welcoming and professional. He went above and beyond as our host and I would give him a 10 out 10! The RV was clean, very well stocked and super cute. The tiki hut was great! Oh, also I had the best nights sleep in this RV. The bed was very comfy! That's important when you're renting a VRBO! You'll have no regrets renting from Mario! One of my favorites for sure!

Mario was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The property was clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kayaks were a great bonus.

Great Stay in Manatee Cove

So many good things to say about this stay. Property is clean and well stocked. Area is quiet and relaxing. Neighbors were friendly. My husband saw manatees from the tandem kayak. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Great escape!

We had a wonderful week! Mario was very responsive and met us the property to get us situated. There was coffee, water, ice, and even some sunscreen to get our trip started. We loved relaxing in the tiki porch every evening. Would recommend booking if you’re looking for a keys getaway that’s close to both beautiful beaches and Everglade excursions!

Such a wonderful vacation experience! Our host, Mario is the best! He provided so many amenities. He went over and beyond to assure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. Paradise

Our stay at Mario’s place was perfect. The rv was immaculate and spacious and he provided us more than we expected including ice, coffee and a bottle of wine. The tiki area outside with couches was comfortable and we fished in the channel daily. It was a short drive to Key Largo and was quiet. Mario was super responsive to any questions we had and was the perfect host. We definitely plan to come back. Thank you Mario!

Excellent place!

We have traveled a lot over the past 2 years and this place was one of best, if not the best place we’ve stayed! Mario went out of his way to help us with anything we may need, he even helped us check in by helping us putting the boat in the water and showed us around the place. It is perfect for any couple with a boat looking for a relaxing getaway.

Thanksgiving get away

My husband and I wanted an easy quiet Thanksgiving this year and Mario's place hit the mark. We took the kayak out and did some fishing, but mostly relaxed on the dock on the canal. Mario's place has everything we needed including an outdoor TV, super cool a/c, cooking supplies and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mario for being so accommodating!!
