Very loud train

This place was as described ,only thing that was left out was train running two or three times a night very very loud it was right next to train tracks.

Downtown Lawrenceburg

The property is located in the heart of Lawrenceburg. Easy access to the Ohio river, local restaurants and the casino. I see there have been complaints about the RR passing through town and shaking the apartment a bit, but I did not find that too disturbing. The deck is very relaxing as is the area in general.

L’Burg Vacay

We had a wonderful stay in this property! So close to everything! We walked to some of the most amazing restaurants! Never thought Lawrenceburg, IN would be a vacation spot I would like to return to but truly looking forward to coming back and will stay in this property! Loved it! The location is perfect and really enjoyed the roof top patio

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. OH MY! The Apartment was real cute and clean except for the white dog hair all over the floor. I Paid a cleaning deposit and had to sweep up dog hair and clean up before I left. The biggest problem I had was the window on the front door. It has a window with no curtains which was great checking it, but at night was Not. The kitchen window did not lock. Anyone can go to the front deck get on the roof next door and go through the kitchen window. Bathroom window needs a curtain as well. All in All it was a good stay, but noisy because the train is very close, which is cool during the day, but at night was Not.

Cute little place to stay

We had two great stays, brief, but very good. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Sarah was very responsive to our messages and it met our needs perfectly! We will be back!

We greatly enjoyed our overnight stay. Took a walk to the river and around the quiet, peaceful town the night we arrived. Then enjoyed a community farmers market the next morning before leaving. Very nice place!

Nice Location

The property is nice and quaint, cool little town. It's a little dated, the laundry was still wet and in the wash when we arrived. I messaged a manager and never heard back from them. We just washed and dried ourselves, then redid it all after the stay.

This VRBO listing is my previous apartment so I chose NICE finishes thinking I would stay there longer! My real estate office and other office suites are located in the main level of the building but they are accessed by completely separate entrances for each traveler's privacy.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You will LOVE the custom outdoor deck! And the fun front balcony to view downtown. Just no smoking inside or discarding cigarette butts inside trash cans or on the deck- our rubber roof could be badly damaged.
