This comfy & cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg and is within walking distance to everything!
We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs
and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

Master bedroom has 1 queen bed- 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and a comfy cot is also available for use if needed.

We stayed here because it was perfect place between the creation museum, and the Ark encounter. Highly recommended!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay in Lawrenceburg. Cute town with lots of things to do nearby. The home was clean, spacious and very nice. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Indiana.

This is a great house and we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Lawrenceburg. The listing photos do not do any justice to how spacious the living, dining, and kitchen are; there is tons of room and it is all open. The rest of the house and backyard are all great. It had everything we needed and was spotless. The only issue we had, very minor, was the listing of the rooms/beds did not match the written description and i didnt see this until our arrival. The bedrooms are 1 queen and then 2 doubles - not 2 kings in one of the rooms. Not a big deal at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

The Hive - a wonderful retreat

Shelly was wonderful to work with and her property is outstanding. Very clean, quiet and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway

The place was perfect for myself, my brother, dad, and good friend to come enjoy a night away from home. Walking distance to food/drink and bowling alley. Very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at this property at least three times and have it booked for two more times. We will continue to seek out this property whenever we are in the area. The host frequently shows up at the events we are in town for, so we have met her in person and were able to provide feedback for improvements, which we are happy to say her husband implemented.

Cute house in walking distance to downtown Lawrenceburg. Easy off street parking. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. The kids loved the big backyard.

Birthday Getaway

The property was everything that we had hoped it would be! Plenty of room and comfort, very clean, and in a very pleasant neighborhood. Shelly was very quick to respond to me with any question that I had. I would recommend a stay at The Hive!

The place was great and the location was quaint. We could not use the garage, which, as women traveling, is a security item we look for. The host thought of everything and the back yard was beautiful. The one bed was too tall even for the one of us who was 5'9" or so, but the other beds were okay.

Pleasantly surprised

I’ve stayed in quite a few places and by far this one was the best. Really didn’t need to go anywhere else as had all comforts of home. Close to downtown so walked everywhere in Lawrenceburg yet easy to get to Cincinnati and Kentucky. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
