Beautiful house close to beach and town

Beautifully remodeled home walking distance to both beach and downtown area. Owners did great job updating small house with nicely decorated, very usable back deck area. Our family of five loved it: comfortable with classy finishing touches everywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Solana Beach Vibe

My whole family loved this place! Perfect location within walking distance to several restaurants, the beach and the Cedros Design District. Super clean, well-decorated and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. Really nice, large back patio/deck with dining table, lounge area and peaceful fountain. The rooms were all spacious, and the two upstairs bathrooms looked brand new! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay in Solana

What a great stay in perfect location in Solana Beach area. Kip was a fantastic property manager and did everything he could to make us feel welcomed from the beginning. He offered to deliver some groceries since we got in very late the first night before Thanksgiving holiday with two kids. The house was great and very clean with everything we needed. The bathrooms upstairs were brand new and updated which were just gorgeous. The host left us lovely toiletries and plenty of clean towels and all the beach gear we needed to enjoy an afternoon on the beach. We really enjoyed the patio out back and ate our breakfast every morning on the patio. The location was off the hook, walking to great eateries, bars, cafes, and the beach. We hope to come back next year! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. Kip thank you for helping with the few things we needed as well while there. Can’t wait to visit again!

Coastal Zen was top notch!

The house is very well maintained and comfortable. We had coffee every morning on the outdoor deck, which was surrounded by palm trees, and then walked the beach, which has access to some great restaurants - right from the house. Plan on returning early next year!
