This home away from home in sunny San Diego invites you to ENJOY! While close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway, the mountain views from your living room remind you to relax. Indulge in movie nights, gathering in the spacious dining area, or some game time in the sunroom, where you can also read your favorite book and unwind. Outdoors, you can choose to celebrate in the private pool under the amazing stars or simply indulge in the jacuzzi. Pool is not heated ($150/day heating fee option is offered to heat entire pool and jacuzzi use). This home is close to RB Inn, a popular wedding destination. Also, 5 minutes away from 4S Commons Town Center, home to many shops and restaurants! Grand piano will be replaced with seating area. You will love the quiet neighborhood of this home, you will truly experience relaxation!

Easy vacation home

Stayed with family members for a family wedding in the area and it was very easy to just come and stay. Everything we needed was there Including coffee supplies and basic cooking supplies, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Lots of Space, Clean, Well Stocked

We had a great experience with this owner and place. The house is as advertised - no surprises. There’s lots of sitting space and a large dining table. Coffee bar, AC, WiFi, all worked with no problem. What sets this house apart is the responsiveness from the owner, cleanliness, and the house is STOCKED. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We traveled very early in the morning and asked for any possibility of an early check in and they were extremely understanding and accommodating. The place is CLEAN. For a large house like this, it is surprisingly clean - bedrooms, bathrooms, and sitting areas. The last thing is that this house is stocked with an abundance of towels, utensils, kitchenware, cooking ware, etc. The only suggestion we have is to use a code for the door vs a lockbox. Will rent again if we are I. The area without hesitation.

Perfect Getaway

Out of all the VRBOs we have stayed at, this one was by far our favorite. Everything from the welcome card and goodie basket upon arrival, to the cleanliness, impeccable pool, and well appointed kitchen was perfect! The hosts were very hospitable and promptly replied to any and all communications. My family and I made so many beautiful memories here. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Family Vacation

We stayed for eight nights with my daughter and her family (4 adults 2 children). The home had plenty of space for all of us and the backyard pool area was beautiful. The house was in a good location and within a half hour drive to all the attractions we visited. Thank you for sharing your special home with us. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting San Diego.

California Dreaming

This places was perfect. It had sleeping for everyone. I had to contact owner once and she responded very quickly. Very pleased and if I come back to San Diego, I'll be checking for this place first. The pool was a perfect extra touch.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed the house and garage. Liked walking the neighborhood. Everything was provided and ready. We were under the impression that the hot tub would be heated even though the pool wasn't :(

This house has it all.

This was a great property. Very comfortable and had all of the amenities needed. It was nicely appointed and it was a pleasant surprise to have coffee, water and shampoo /conditioner available. Great location and the sun room was a great to enjoy coffee in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

Great Place for a Group

We were in town for a wedding with 4 couples. This home was a great place to stay - centrally located, clean, roomy, and comfortable. Each member of our group had a room and the two baths worked for everyone to share. One of the bathrooms is en suite, so a little less accessible to others, but it worked out. The backyard is lovely and private and there was a nice welcoming basket of snacks. Would definitely recommend it!

Great clean & spacious house

Great spacious clean house. Stayed here for a wedding at RB Inn. Close to venue. All was as listed. Drinks, treats & a welcome card left for us upon arrival. Super nice touch. Would definitely stay again

Fabulous Time in San Diego

We stayed here for the weekend of my sister's wedding. This house was in the perfect location for the festivities and the feeling of welcome when we walked into the house was amazing. The house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for the 6 of us. The management was responsive, friendly, and efficient. Overall a great experience.

Home away from home!

We had a great time in this beautiful home! Especially loved the sun room where the kids enjoyed playing. We did noticed it was a bit cold inside the house even though the thermostat was set at 70 deg.? Overall, it was very relaxing even though just for two nights. It was close to Lake Poway and Farmers Market in Old Town Poway., and the family had a great time there as well.

House was great

My family loved the house. It was nicely decorated and clean. The only real complaint I have is the main listing doesn’t tell you that the pool and spa won’t be heated unless you pay an extra $150 per day. And you have to tell the owner two days in advance that you want the spa heated. Who knows what day they might want to use the spa? Those details are outlined in the attached Google document of property rules so they’re not something you necessarily look at when you book.
