The unit is fully furnished with a recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom and equipped for your next getaway. Castle Reef is close to all the wonderful restaurants, shopping and attractions that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Your home away from home!

Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! Vacation

The location of the property was very nice. But, the rental company didn't know anything about this property when we had questions. The property was dirty, lacked any supplies, the bed sheets had holes and ragged edges, (Should be thrown out). Garbage was still in the condo when we arrived. And when I communicated with the rental company on these complaints they never responded. Won't stay here again.

Oceanfront unit with notable issues

Communication was good. Oceanfront location phenomenal. However, the unit itself had issues. Upon walk in, the unit had a musty smell. It is an older unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded but the oven display was broken. Blinds in living room had several missing slats. Bedroom blinds were broken on one side so had to manually push open and close. Most disappointing was the mattress. It was very old and lumpy. The sheets had sand on them. Bought a mattress foam pad to put over the top of the mattress to use while there. When putting the pad on, noticed yellow stains on the mattress protective cover. It is very important to have a comfortable, clean bed. This bed was neither. Also something to note, there was no hair dryer. This should be provided. Positive things- Kitchen was stocked with most essentials needed and one toilet paper roll to start the stay. . Plenty of towels and wash cloths provided and a few beach towels. There were also beach chairs. The deck was nice with 4 chairs and table to admire the ocean. To reiterate, if the bed would have been comfortable and clean, the week long stay would have been so much better. I provided all this information to the realty company within 24 hours and the response was thanks for letting us know.

Terrible communication with nsr

Issue with condo told they would be there next day. No one ever called or came. Had a late checkout cleared with nsr the day before but maid came busting through the door. Got a call 10 minutes later asking why I was still there!! Worst communication I’ve ever experienced!

We love waking up to sunrise over the ocean

The photos of the large sliding glass door from the bedroom and the living room sold us on this condo and the actuality really delivered. We enjoyed all aspects of NSB and this condo's quick access to so much. The pool is spectacular and the beach is easy to access.

Loved it!

We stayed at Castle Reef 202 the last week of January. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The complex is quiet, and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommended.

Blinds did not close completely which we reported and the gentleman said they had been ordered. Using key to get in unit was difficult but manageable.

It is a very nice unit with a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The courtyard and pool area are very pretty. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
