Plan the perfect trip at this luxuriously updated home in the heart of Morgantown. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental is the ideal home base for all of the activities and sports on WVU’s campus and downtown Morgantown. After watching a game at Puskar Stadium, head to High Street for food and drink that will bring you back to your college days. When you’re ready to relax, cozy up on the couch back at the house and stream your favorites. House comes with Pack n' Play and high chair. You’ll return home full of new memories!

Regular rate is for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Indoor access to Basement Bedroom, Lounge, Full Bathroom, puul out couch and Yoga Studio for up to 4 more guests is available for an extra charge, please contact owner for details.

WVU weekend

Had a very nice stay, plenty of room for our group. Great location close to the University and was nice to have parking spaces. Place was clean and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well stocked home. Had everything we needed. Easily parked 4 large vehicles. Challenging but doable walk to town or a cheap uber ride for the uphill walk back. We were surprised how large the home felt very roomy. Easy to communicate with owners. awe can’t wait to stay there again! We brought a grill to cook at the home worked out great.

I can't say enough good things about this property or this host. The property was spotless and exactly as described. It was close to everything we needed. The host was awesome. He responded quickly to any questions and checked to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would without a doubt stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering it.

A beautiful home that is fully equipped in the kitchen for home cooking, spacious, lots of space to lounge around, clean, and very homey. The owner was receptive and great with communication. The location is quiet. It is about 20 minutes walk to the historic center, but realize the town has lots of hills. It's easy access to many activities the area has to offer. I would highly recommend it.

A Wonderful Morgantown Weekend

What a trip! I selected this property for me and my bridal party, and the lodging was just another element in a weekend of perfection. The owners were communicative and friendly, which helped make this special weekend's activities transition seamlessly. We can't recommend this location enough!

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for each of us and our own space to boot! The location couldn’t have been better

Excellent communication & spacious!

We (3 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 teen) were in town for a competition and this home was great. We chose to utilize the basement as well, making a perfect space for our teen to chill out. All bathrooms were clean, everything worked (washer, dryer, coffee....). The host answered questions quickly. We plan on staying there again.

Beautiful Clean Home

House was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Well stocked and had some nice touches like kid friendly cups, plates, bowls, etc. We really appreciated the multiple parking spaces, parking around WVU is typically difficult and inconvenient. This will be our go to rental in Morgantown, we’ve stayed at multiple rentals in Morgantown and this was hands down the best one to date.

Stay in Morgantown

My family rented this house so we could attend my Aunt’s 99th birthday. The house was lovely - clean and well appointed. There was ample parking which is hard to come by in Morgantown! We had a minor internet issue and called the host, Mike. He was attentive, courteous and helpful. Turns out the problem was ours! We would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving in Morgantown

Several of us traveling from VA to spend Thanksgiving with our Morgantown family found this spot. It was just right for us. Clean and comfortable with many of the things we needed. (Are you familiar with that feeling when you really need measuring cups for a recipe to take to Grandmas on Thanksgiving morning? I was so pleased to find them.) Host is exceptional at communicating and was flexible when we needed to adjust our dates.

Perfect location for family and WVU game

This home was perfect for my family and our WVU football weekend. It is within walking distance of the Milan Puskar Stadium (some of the family walked to tailgating and some drove) It is a beautiful home with many amenities. The basement was a wonderful quiet place for my young grandchildren (and their parents) The home is clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was helpful and thoughtful. We wish we had found this home years ago and will definitely use it again

property is up-to-date, beautifully furnished and decorated, spacious, clean, and includes everything you need to get started. host was very responsive and great to work with. the pull out couch is not suitable for a good night’s sleep - that’s the only small complaint. otherwise, a wonderful location - close to the football stadium and downtown Morgantown.

Spacious Home & Wonderful Stay

We stayed three nights and truly enjoyed it! The home is spacious with plenty of room for family. The basement area of the home has a bedroom, bath, and living area with TV which was perfect for my mother in law. There was an AC/Heat split unit in the living area as well the bedroom, which was perfect since she likes to be warmer at night than my husband and I. We had no issues with our stay and will definitely stay again when we visit our niece in Morgantown. The owners were wonderful & very responsive when we had questions.

Family stay

Overall great experience. Easy check in. The property was as described. We appreciated the thoughtful supply of care items in the bathrooms. There was a lovely assortment of teas, with plenty of creamer and sweetener. We were able to prepare a full meal in the kitchen. Fair warning to light sleepers: the master bedroom overlooks the street, where there is a good amount of traffic at all hours. Problem solved with a noise cancelling app.

Baby Boy

We were visiting the area to celebrate and shower my son and wife with gifts of joy. They are expecting a third son in June. We had the event at the Marilla Ctr. And it was wonderful. The property was perfect in every way. The location was safe and secure . The host was very receptive . So much space and very very clean. Hope it is available every time we visit. I should pre-book now!

Great location and property

The property was beautiful, spacious and clean. The house was equipped with everything that we needed. Lots of room and everything was updated. The beds were a little small considering the bedrooms were so large. That was the only negative thing (the listing did say full size beds, so we knew they were smaller sized beds). We were visiting my son and stayed for a football game. This property is within walking distance to everything that we did. Check in was easy.

Big house, bad experience

Overall disappointing stay. To begin, at check in, the directions to get the physical key from the lock box were not provided. Place was superficially clean but vents and bathroom were very dirty upon arrival. Not enough towels, uncomfortable beds, shower drain was clogged, no hand soap in bathrooms. Management team was no help at all. Didn’t resolve anything, rather said they’d put a note on their website. Horrible customer service.

Pleasant and comfortable

Overall we had a terrific stay! The place was overall quite clean but we found one kitchen towel with fresh red sauce and some silverware that needed to be cleaned. Other than that issue, the rest of the kitchen, floors, bathrooms, bedrooms were all very clean. Our bedroom was the one that faced the street. The bed was sunken in the middle so the first night my husband and I were rolling into each other. We took a blanket from the car and put it under the mattress and the next two nights we had slept much better. My boys were quite comfortable in the other two rooms. We loved the first floor open floor plan and the couch, TV, WIFI made us feel comfortable and at home. We would definitely rent here again!
