Stay in this rare home and live like a true local in Orlando. We’ve got everything you need.

This home is sitting on a corner lot with a private fenced backyard. Inside, be treated to the open living & dining and fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect for weekend getaway, business trips, early next day flight stay - or cozy home base while exploring everything Orlando has to offer. What makes this place unique is although shops & the airport is a close drive, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

My home is within driving distance to several restaurants, grocery shops to clothing shops to homeware shops, and so much more. Whether driving or Uber, it won’t cost you much being on road. While Disney is also fairly a close drive (20 mins)for all the families wanting to make this Florida Disney trip. Perfect for weekend getaway, business trips, staycation, work-from-home alternative, family vacation, early next day flight stay - or cozy home base while exploring everything Orlando has to offer. The airport is a 12 minutes drive away.

Although shops are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. This location makes it very compatible for commute.

I have cameras surrounding outside of the property + 1 inside garage + 1 inside back patio. They will stay on during your stay. If you don’t like it, my space is not for you. Violating my camera system by Unplugging or Moving camera direction will be a extra charge of $100 per night per camera.

Any type of smoking inside home will result in a $500 odor clean up fee.

This home does not allow pets - any pets will occur a $500 odor clean up fee including $100 a day your pet is on the premises.

- Check in time starts at noon until any time. If you would like to check in earlier, reach out to me so I could see if I can accommodate you.

- Check out time is 11 AM.

There will be a late check out fee.
If you need a little extra time, reach out to me as far in advance as you can and see if I can accommodate you. If you did not reach out to me prior to check out time, guests checking out after 11am will be charged $40 per hour they overstay in this home.

It met the requirements to stay. A place to sleep for our party of 4 adults and one child. However I likely will not stay at this property or with this host again. First, I hadn't heard from the host prior to the 18 hours before supposed check-in. I sent them a message and heard nothing. At about 4.5 hours prior to check-in I reached out to VRBO. They tried calling the host and got voicemail. They then sent an email stating if there was no response in 1 hour that they were going to cancel the reservation with a refund. I heard back from the host at the 50 min point (10 min left before they cancelled it). So bad communication not a huge deal still may have gotten a 5 star if that was it. Secondly getting to the property was confusing. The address give on the information page was different from the address when you click get directions. One was the actual house and the other was the house at the corned on the other street (not far). Third the listing is misleading. Yes it could technically sleep 10 if you include the air mattresses depicted in the photos but it would not sleep it comfortably. The would have to go in the common area, back sun room, or garage. No room in the bedrooms for additional beds. On top of that there was only dishes for 5 people and silverware for only 4 people. Forth, some of the lights and fans either didn't work or couldn't be adjust.

Improve listing regarding accommodations

The listing incorrectly states it is sufficient for 10 people -There was bed accommodation only for 6 people in bedrooms. The couch in the living room is not a bed and would barely accommodate one person. There was a blow-up bed that was not listed that we found in the garage which did accommodate two people. Suggest the listing is more clear with regards to bed accommodations.
