Dolphin Watch est situĂ© dans la prestigieuse annexe Truman et est l'une des rares maisons privĂ©es au bord de l'eau. Nous sommes Ă  moins de deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Duval Street et des magnifiques couchers de soleil de Mallory Square. Vous pouvez Ă©galement voir le coucher de soleil depuis votre propre balcon privĂ©! À distance de marche du cĂ©lĂšbre parc d'État et de la plage de Fort Zachary. Le salon, la chambre principale, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont situĂ©s au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage oĂč vous pourrez profiter de la vue fantastique sur le port et les couchers de soleil. En bas offre 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains et mĂšne Ă  l'extĂ©rieur Ă  la grande piscine privĂ©e.

The location of this house was excellent. It was close to restaurants and sights of interest but fairly quiet. It is on the flight route, so may planes overhead.

Nancy was a welcoming host. She was availavle when needed. The house and amenities were in very good condition and worked well. The pool and the new grill were great features. The huge 65" smart tv worked well with our streaming apps. Kitchen was well equipped. However, there were no kitchen towels or pot holders available after an extensive search in the kitchen. The waterfront views made for relaxing mornings. The location in Truman Annex was great offering peace and quiet with a 3 block walk to Duval Street!

Inside of house was clean and very nice. There was some maintenance issues inside but nothing we could not live without fixing. The outside of the house was awful. The pool was filthy. The deck around the pool was worse. They did come and clean the pool but the decking, sidewalks, windows, screens were terrible. The shrubs had grown in so much that you could not sit at the pool, no room. The white decking was black and the area was infested with 20 large green iguanas and spider webs everywhere. Everything was dirty black. Totally neglected.

Great location and a charming house

We had an easy check in with Nancy. The house is in the charming and quiet Truman Annex, in close walking distance to all the fun on Duvall Street. House is nicely decorated, but a little dated. Views off the back balcony were a highlight. The pool was clean and nice for a quick dip. We would rent again!

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing, the location is quiet and within walking distance from everything we wanted to do. We especially loved the pool and the kitchen/living room areas. We were able to comfortably share a lot of special time together after exploring Key West every day.

Thevproperty is lovely. We were in Key West for a wedding celebration and the location was perfect. Very peaceful and spacious. We definitely would like to come back for another stay!

It is a great house in a marvelous location. The pool is nice. The house had everything we needed to make our stay easy. If we return to Key West, this house would be our first choice.

Nancy was great. Was always able to get in touch with her if needed. Anytime there was any issue which were only minor ones, she’s right on top of it. And we stayed during Milton so she kept us up to speed with everything. Will definently go back. The home was absolutely stunning and was perfect for our family trip

Great Place to make memories in Key West.

This house location is stunning. The sunsets were fabulous. And close to many of the 'must see' places in Key West. The house has a great set up. The pool was a real plus for the kids. Property management was on top of any requests - what more could you ask for. This property merits the reviews it receives. Thank you for a great week! We will be back!

An Excellent Key West Vacation

This was the perfect location for a memorable Key West vacation for my wife and I as well as our two adult children. Gorgeous water views from the house, plus it was walking distance to the beach and Duval St. Nancy was a great host, and we would highly recommend staying here.

50th Wedding Anniversary celebration

This property did not disappoint. The Truman Annex location was perfect for our needs. The house decor was lovely. Plenty of room to spread out in, pool area private and quiet. Beautiful landscaping was mature and lush, but it was the view from the second floor balcony that we enjoyed the most. Would we come back,again ,to stay at Dolphin Watch in a heartbeat.

Annual Friends Trip to Key West

Location location location, Truman’s Annex is the best location in Key West! The layout of the house is fine and has very efficiently utilized space. The pool is nice, however the pool decking needs repair in a few places. The mattresses, bedding and pillows in the king rooms are terrible and needs replacing. There are a couple of tiles that are cracked and noted with blue construction tape. Overall we had a great trip, however I would ensure upgraded bedding before I booked this home again.

Family vacation in paradise

Spent a week at Dolphin Watch with my parents, siblings, and niece. We absolutely loved the rental!! Couldn’t beat the location; close to everything in old town, right on the Truman waterfront, but quiet. Well outfitted, we weren’t missing anything, and my niece (8) could hardly be coaxed out of the pool. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Clean but full of roaches bathrooms kitchen(especially sink) on beds. Termites erupted from living room wall second night!!! Property Manager sent in Orkin to put out roach traps. Not the VRBO experience we were expecting

Great Family Vacation

Comfortable accommodations for our group of 7. Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, 3 kids. The location can’t be beat. Can walk to playground, splash pad, park, sunset celebration, tourist attractions, and numerous restaurants and shops.
