Welcome to the Pagitt House built in 1933 and interior completely restored and upgraded in 2025! Located on Elizabeth Street just steps to all the Key West Historic Seaport and Key West hot spots!

As you walk thru the white picket fence up the stairs to the Pagitt House you will see the covered and shady front porch that invites you to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Key West. It is a perfect place to people watch as they walk by.

With a spacious floorplan spread amongst two floors and HUGE rear pool & entertainment area, this home is great for family and friends to come and relax and enjoy Key West in their own private sanctuary.

- Small assigned parking - for compact car or golf cart only. SUV will not fit and no other assigned parking.

ANYTHING LARGER WILL NOT FIT AND NEED TO PARK ALONG THE ROAD IN A UNASSIGNED SPACE WHICH CAN BE DIFFICULT TO FIND AND ANYTHING METERED IS EXPENSIVE. BEACUSE OF THIS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINING ANY KIND OF VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION.

Perfect location

The house was prime location to walk around town and on a cute street with lots of Key West vibes. We got street parking right in front (which I think was luck!) and convent - although you don’t even need a car. The house was spacious and clean. The back yard was a little oasis that the kids love to jump in the pool after exploring around town. Would recommend!

Perfect house and location

House had everything we needed, nice back yard and pool when we wanted a break from hitting the town. Best bars, restaurants, sight very short walk away

Key West experience

wonderful old Key West home. Ample back yard dining area, pool, and lounge area. We come to Key West every April for a Viking Yacht event and have typically stayed at the major hotels. This home was a nice alternative, with the exception of the roosters calling out at 4:30am

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Pagitt House. I recommend supplying more soaps & shampoo/conditioners. We will be back!

Friends Road Trip

We had some issues when we first arrived but the property manager was on it immediately making everything right.The house is roomy and comfortable.The cushions on the pool lounge chairs were torn and pretty beat up. They were flipped over for our stay but really need to be replaced.

Friend’s getaway

Our group really enjoyed our stay at The Pagitt House. We had plenty of room and especially enjoyed the patio and pool. All the essentials were provided, which made the stay even better. I would recommend staying here if you like a nice place in a central location.

Great location and property

Enjoyed the home very much. Close to Duval and pier. Nicer inside than expected. Great pool. Only minor complaint is the poolside lounge chairs are in desperate need of replacement.

Location was EXCELLENT for walking from the pier (KeyWest Express) and Duval street!A few suggestions..in no particular order... that would make the stay even better. House was advertised for 6 people and we had 6 people. 1) Only 2 bathroom wash clothes for 6 people. 2) Only 7 hangers in the house to hang everything. 3) Only 4 coffee mugs for 6 coffee drinkers. 4) Each bed should have an end table on either side of the bed. 5) No sign in book. 6) The twin bed box spring and mattress nearest the door, per other reviews, should be replaced...sunken in the middle and WAY too soft. 7) The 4 pool lounge chairs are not as advertised and the cushions are badly ripped and unsightly. Pool was clean, warm (85 degrees) and well maintained. Would give the pool area a 10/10 if cushions were replaced. A very nice area to entertain!We enjoyed our stay and would book this home again.

Key West Christmas Crew!!!

Communication with host was amazing! (Got back to me usually in less than an hour.) House was clean and in a great location for walking to all things!! Provided all the kitchen essentials, beach towels, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Reunion

Brought my kids back to KW after 27 years. They were born there and we moved when they were 3-6. The location of the property was perfect if you wanted to walk or ride bikes. Lovely pool and comfortable beds with great gathering rooms. I would stay here again on a return visit.

Comfortable Home

Property was clean with everything we needed, including linens and beach towels. Kitchen was fully equipped. The upstairs was a little too warm at night, but it was in the 90's every day during our stay, so we could understand this. One of the twin beds has a mattress that was very uncomfortable, and needs replaced. We have a vacation rental of our own and we were well pleased with this property. We would recommend! Thank you for the little longer checkout time, as the hurricane changed our travel plans.

close to everything

very clean, our contact persongot back to us right away and resolved the problem that evening( a pool pump pipe broke, we email them they got right back to us, told me someone would be out, it was 530pm on a Sat. night, but when we got back from dinner and a show it was fixed and ready to go). I will be staying there again.
