Welcome to the Pagitt House built in 1933 and interior completely restored and upgraded in 2025! Located on Elizabeth Street just steps to all the Key West Historic Seaport and Key West hot spots!

As you walk thru the white picket fence up the stairs to the Pagitt House you will see the covered and shady front porch that invites you to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Key West. It is a perfect place to people watch as they walk by.

With a spacious floorplan spread amongst two floors and HUGE rear pool & entertainment area, this home is great for family and friends to come and relax and enjoy Key West in their own private sanctuary.

- 2100 Square Foot - Historical Home with Modern Interior Remodel!
- Small assigned parking - for compact car or golf cart only. SUV will not fit and no other assigned parking.

ANYTHING LARGER WILL NOT FIT AND NEED TO PARK ALONG THE ROAD IN A UNASSIGNED SPACE WHICH CAN BE DIFFICULT TO FIND AND ANYTHING METERED IS EXPENSIVE. BEACUSE OF THIS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINING ANY KIND OF VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION.

Impeccable house. Lots of space, great common area, and luxurious backyard pool and covered sitting area. Ideal location - so many places an easy walk away. This house is a TRUE gem! The location is amazing. We had ages 12-80 staying there and everyone found something they loved about it. It was clean and the appointments were lovely. It was recently renovated and all the details were thought through. The pool and outdoor space was great. The owner is super responsive and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us.

Pagett house was beautiful. Worked great for 5 guys. Fantastically appointed and well stocked. Could not ask for a better location. Very cool-very key west- neighborhood. Host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommended.

Friend’s getaway

Our group really enjoyed our stay at The Pagitt House. We had plenty of room and especially enjoyed the patio and pool. All the essentials were provided, which made the stay even better. I would recommend staying here if you like a nice place in a central location.

Weekend getaway

This place was perfect. Decorated nicely, it was nice and cool when we arrived. It was walking distance to most places and just 2 blocks from Duval St. When we were not out, we enjoyed the patio area and the pool in the back. Great place to stay!

Great location and property

Enjoyed the home very much. Close to Duval and pier. Nicer inside than expected. Great pool. Only minor complaint is the poolside lounge chairs are in desperate need of replacement.

Great location and house!

We had a great time at Pagitt House. The location is central to everything you’d want to do in Key West. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked with whatever you might need.

Key West experience

wonderful old Key West home. Ample back yard dining area, pool, and lounge area. We come to Key West every April for a Viking Yacht event and have typically stayed at the major hotels. This home was a nice alternative, with the exception of the roosters calling out at 4:30am

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the home. I am sure being that you come annually you know Key West has many roosters everywhere and they are protected and roam free and we can’t really change anything about them. With that said I would recommend next time if not wanting roosters/ chickens to stay off Key West up the Keys a bit where they don’t really live.

Perfect location

The house was prime location to walk around town and on a cute street with lots of Key West vibes. We got street parking right in front (which I think was luck!) and convent - although you don’t even need a car. The house was spacious and clean. The back yard was a little oasis that the kids love to jump in the pool after exploring around town. Would recommend!

Reunion

Brought my kids back to KW after 27 years. They were born there and we moved when they were 3-6. The location of the property was perfect if you wanted to walk or ride bikes. Lovely pool and comfortable beds with great gathering rooms. I would stay here again on a return visit.
