This location is perfect when attending tournaments at Spooky Nook! We loved being able to walk back and forth between basketball games. The place was as described and super comfy! We will definitely be staying again!

The owners love this house;it is quality all the way. So thoughtfully decorated. Snacks were provided. A closet filled with extra towels and linens. We will come again for sure! Comfortable living room furniture. Excellent!

We are at Billy Yank’s and Agave and Rye while we were here. Both excellent and highly recommend! The apartment was perfect for our weekend volleyball tournament at Spooky Nook. We literally walked across the street. The fresh flowers on the table, bananas on the counter, and bathroom necessities fully stocked were the icing on the cake. There were also oatmeal packets, all the coffee options you can want, and other pantry items fully stocked. This is where we’ll stay again when back at spooky nook. The beds are memory foam and harder than I’m used to but also a good quality so it was fine for two nights.

Had a wonderful stay in Sleepy Nook. Townhouse was clean and updated. Loved the touches that the host did to the place. Appreciated the amenities. Loved the location since we were right across the street from the Sleepy Nook recreation center. Everyone could walk over on their own schedule.

Comfortable, convenient, quiet. We enjoyed a short stay here while our kids were competing at Spooky Nook. We found the short walk to main street really easy. The condo has everything, although we weren't there long it was equipped for more that what we needed. We appreciated the quiet getaway from the highly energized venue across the street.
