We are nestled among beautiful pine and oak trees and located seconds from New Hanover Regional Medical Center and minutes to downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. Each studio comes fully equipped with black-out curtains and a full appliance package that includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range, central air, washer and dryer. This property is located in the Heart of Wilmington. You can always change the look of a property or the quality, but you can never change the location! We understand this and if this is your first time to Wilmington - you will get a "taste" of living in the heart/very close to downtown Wilmington! The best part about our property is that we are located close to downtown, but our property is tucked away and extremely private. Just check out our reviews on Google!

The best part about our property is the privacy. All of our units are updated studio apartments - so we remain a very quiet profile. There are NO shared spaces. This means you have a private entrance, private kitchen and private washers and dryers.
