Beach Barn

We have created a cozy space for families, making it your kid friendly home away from home. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the beach (3.9 miles from Wrightsville beach, 12 minute drive depending on traffic) an even shorter drive to Mayfaire shopping and restaurants (backroads through the neighborhood take you directly into it). Tucked just off the main roads our goal is to provide a comfortable place to relax, year after year.
The space
3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house, quaint, brick, single level 1700 sqft house with a single step down to a bonus game/TV room, the perfect getaway for two families with children. In a small, safe, quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for evening strolls, it is a short drive (3.9 miles from Wrightsville beach) only 15 minutes to downtown, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute drive from local Ogden parks and Portersneck area restaurants and groceries.

Property includes a large fenced in backyard, a small patio. Spacious parking for boats or trailers, and an included attached garage to store your motorcycle or hot rod. Sorry the Detached is not included in the rental, yet, but we have big plans.
