Suite Magnolia is located on the 5th floor of the Behrens Lofts in downtown Waco. Built in 1913 for the Behrens Drug Company, this fireproof concrete building survived the devastation of the 1953 Waco tornado & is now one of Waco's most luxury condo establishments. Truly unique in preserving all the industrial charm & characteristics of the past, this property flawlessly blends old factory details with modern amenities & design concepts.

The condo is located in downtown Waco and within walking distance of The Silo District and some of the best restaurants & shopping Waco has to offer. If you are interested in activities around Baylor University like McLane Stadium, Texas Ranger Hall Of Fame & Museum, Texas Sports Hall Of Fame, you can take the shuttle that picks up just two blocks from the building. If you are bringing children, we highly recommend the Mayborn Museum or the Cameron Park Zoo.

Our condo has most everything you would have at your own home. A fully stocked kitchen, coffee makers, new appliances, comfortable beds and a cozy living space.

Guest will have access to the entire condo except for one locked closet.

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

The Coffee Machine is a Keurig Duo & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.

The living and bedroom have Smart TV's with streaming apps.

Families - we do have a pack 'n play.

We have a Steamfast for clothes instead of iron.
