This state-of-the-art 3 bedroom flex, 3 bath condo is located in Avalon, a new lifestyle building in the heart of the Amapas District. This comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment on the 10th floor (11 floors in the building) comes with an open plan Italian kitchen and living room. We have the best sky bar, infinity pools (blue and green), and a jacuzzi with panoramic views, delicious cocktails, and luxurious tanning beds.



The Space:

Welcome back to beautiful Puerto Vallarta

As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again. Authorities responded immediately and efficiently. Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.

All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you.

The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

This state-of-the-art flex apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with two separate bedrooms and one flex bedroom which can be opened and closed easily with sliding pocket doors. There is a full-size washer and dryer equipped with detergent. We offer Nest AC throughout the apartment.



* Master bedroom: comes with 1 king-size bed, and a full private bathroom. We provide L’Occitane Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion. Also, you'll find a closet with a safe, hangers, a first aid kit, a hairdryer, extra toilet paper, and an iron & ironing board.



* Flex Bedroom 1: comes with 2 single beds, and access to a bathroom.





* King Bedroom 2: comes with 1 King bed, and a full bathroom. We provide L’Occitane Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion. Also, you'll find a closet with a safe, hangers, a first aid kit, a hairdryer, extra toilet paper, and an iron & ironing board.



* Italian Kitchen: fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware. We also provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, and paper towels.



* Living Room: The living room contains a leather sofa, 3 metal tall stools, and a coffee table. High-speed Wi-Fi.



*Terrace: The gorgeous 90-degree terrace offers the most breathtaking views of the entire bay of Puerto Vallarta and the city skyline. You can relax while you gaze at the most magical sunset you have ever seen.





* View: The apartment has the best most beautiful view of the entire bay, city, beach, and the back of the unit has breathtaking views of the wild jungle. You can open the large glass doors to enjoy the natural light and air whenever you please.



* Sky Bar and Pools: The Skybar of Avalon is unlike any other in Puerto Vallarta. It contains breathtaking panoramic views of the entire bay and city. We have 2 beautiful infinity pools, the blue Miami-style pool is heated with a jacuzzi and luxurious tanning beds. The Green Ecological pool was built with the jungle in mind. This beautiful pool fits right in with the surrounding jungle so you feel like you are floating with the trees. The pool also has luxurious tanning beds.

The building has 24-hour security staff in the lobby.



Guest Access:

Guests can use the entire apartment and amenities, including two beautiful pools and a jacuzzi, the full gym, terrace, tanning area, and bar. The lobby is also available for guest use and is staffed with 24/7 security.



The Neighborhood:

This apartment has a great location in Amapas, near the Romantic Zone and Beach Los Muertos. With a breathtaking ocean view, you'll have sunset views every day. Located in the heights, you'll have the best of both worlds, mountains, and sea.

In La Zona Romantica, you'll be surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, The Pancake House, great bars and nightclubs.



Getting Around:

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.



If you require Airport transportation, we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.



If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.

CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).

PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. $120 USD pet fee per stay.

GARDENING: You must allow the gardeners to enter; otherwise, a $20 USD fee will be charged for each day they are not allowed access.

VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

ENERGY USAGE:

Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.

The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

HOUSE RULES:

– Keep music volume low

– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside

– Respect the space and the neighbors

– We offer extra services: airport transfers, grocery stocking, restaurant and tour bookings (extra fees may apply)

Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction

Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)

Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report

Fantastic family stay. Beautifully appointed, space to relax with family together, indoor and outdoor on the expansive terrace, as well as private space for quiet time to relax. Highly recommend, and shall be back soon ourselves!

Spectacular Condo

The whole experience was great. Check in was easy . Karina met us at the front desk and gave us a short tour of the complex and of our unit. She was great. Karina speaks bothe english and spanish. The building had a nice secure parking garage for our rental car. The complex grounds are immaculate, the gardens are beautiful. There are two beautiful pools with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The condo is very modern, everthing is up to date. Beds were comfortable , there is a large soaking tub in the master bath with an great rain shower. Kitchen has modern appliances and has everything needed for cooking and a blender for making drinks. Unit has a washer and dryer. The most of amazing part of our stay was the huge deck and plunge pool. It has an unbelievable view of the ocean and puerto vallarta. We spent hours each day lounging out there and enjoying the view. Great location, Don chavez our favorite taco stand in the romatic zone is 5 minutes in car or taxi. Wifi was great, uber eats also delivers. We will definitely be back

Modern stay perched above PV

Even better in person than in the photos. There is tons of space, modern appliances, and amazing views of both the ocean & jungle sides. 24-hour security is friendly & helpful. 2 gorgeous community pools, plus a private oversized hot tub. The gym has a ton of equipment, plus a wet sauna. A couple of notes I wish I had known: - Avalon is basically the highest residential point in PV, about a 15 min walk down to Zona Romantica. Strenuous but doable walk back up (easy & cheap to Uber). - When you check-in, ensure they walk you through how to use everything. In our excitement, we skipped over some things, but the sound system/lighting/curtains are fairly confusing. - If you want to have them stock the fridge before your arrival with some necessities, you must give 48 hours notice. I checked in late, and getting water and groceries up the hill is pretty difficult. - The complex does not filter their water, so purchase ice as well.

Over all the unit was absolutely beautiful! By far the best place to view the sunset in the city! It is situated on at the very top of a hill so getting to and from the unit typically requires a uber which will cost about 5, but it is easy to find rides so I don't count this as a negative! The pools on the property are fantastic, and might be my favorite part! I would 100% recommend staying at this property! My only negative note is that during our stay the power in our unit went out remained out for at least 8hrs. Since we booked and paid for such a beautiful unit, we wanted to spend one of the days during our trip relaxing in the unit, make dinner and take advantage of the condo we were so excited to stay in. We arrived back at the condo around 4pm and were told that a fuse in the building was blown, some units may be affected but they were working to resolve the issue. Our unit was affected and the power remained out until past 2am! It wasn't a big deal at first but we all ended up having to sleep on the beds on the patio because it became too hot to be inside the unit without having AC. There are worse thing to happen then sleeping on a patio in paradise, but considering the nightly rate of our trip, it did suck to loose access to filtered water, AC, fridge, lights, and so much more for pretty much an entire day. Kind of felt like hosts swept incident under the rug, and never really acknowledged it other than saying "CFE is already working on it, but we need to wait.”
