The property was beautiful and in a great location. The building is very quiet with a limited number on units and is well maintained. Our property manager Patrick, was fantastic and extremely responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful, centrally located. Walking distance to everything in Romantic Zone. Property manager Patrick very responsive to any questions we had and accommodated an early check in for us. Rooftop pool incredible. Balcony in unit is spacious and comfortable. Would definitely return

Great accommodations, great location close to restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. It was a bit noisy on the deck but it had a great view and was good for people watching. It was quiet in the suite. The pool was heated and had a great view of the ocean and old town. All 6 of us loved it.

This unit is exactly as described. Quite spacious and clean. Check in was very easy and communication with host and property manager excellent. The front reception staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. Location is perfect to several restaurants and beach. We would definitely stay at this unit again.

Fabulous condo in a great Zona Romantica location. Clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Rooftop pool & hottub with ocean view. Property Mgr attentive. Building staff extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at D'Residences

We loved staying in this condo building so much last year, we stayed again this year in the same unit 1 floor down.Fanastic property with amazing rooftop pool. Very quiet considering it's in the heart of La Zona Romantica. 1-2 min.walk from many great restaurants & entertainment at The Palms. Super clean, well appointed & maintained, tasteful decor.

Lovely condo and rooftop pool area. Comfy beds. Initially, when we arrived the wifi was spotty and non existent in the bedrooms. We brought this to the owners attention and he basically said that’s how it is. We pointed out that this was not how the condo was advertised. The next day they did bring another modem which was a huge improvement. Hard to work or watch TV with no wifi. We stayed just under one month, therefore we expected to prepare several of our meals. The kitchen had all the latest appliances, however, we have never in twenty years of coming to PV encountered a kitchen that was so lacking in basic amenities. There were no bowls for salad/mixing, no tea towels, a cutting board. These were provided (one tea towel and oven mitts too small) after we informed property management. The barbecue on the deck was filthy and started flaming when used. There were no barbecue tools provided and the message pointing this out was not answered. The private pool on the deck of the condo was not useable as the heater was broken and not repaired during our stay. Additionally, a chair on the deck was broken so only five could sit. If you plan on staying awhile and want to cook; bring all your food staples as there was no spices, sugar etc.

Desafortunadamente el cliente era una persona que no quedaban satisfechas con nada. Los aditamentos que habían no querían usarlos y querían cosas nuevas. Se compraron varias cosas para que estuvieran contentos pero aún así no estaban satisfechos. Unas personas que querían llamar la atención en todo momento y porque se puso atención de todo lo que comentan. Es más se hizo excepción de tener a sus perros que peinaron los tapetes y se tuvo que mandar a limpiar profesionalmente y no se les cobró ni gun centavo por eso. No sabían usar la televisión y dicen que no servía el wifi. En fin son clientes que no se los deseo a nadie. Todo lo mencionado sirve y no tiene problema
