🐶 We would love to host your dogs! We allow up to 2 well-trained dogs for a $150 (+tax) flat pet fee. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) Dogs are welcome on the beach in Surf City, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants.

Great location, close to literally everything. The property was clean and very comfortable, three large decks at the property was very nice to be able to enjoy nice weather.

Great location! Great house! Loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean! Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Living area and kitchen- comfortable. Well stocked! Would definitely return!

Family bacation
This house is really close to the beach and restaurants. You can’t go wrong with the location. Our family of 6 adults and 4 young kids had plenty of room. It does have a lot of stairs, so you have to be careful of that.

Awesome Stay - Great location!
I took my daughter here for a quick getaway. The house is awesome! Large enough for 8-10 people comfortably, clean, great layout, and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and of course, the beach. Communication from the owner was fantastic. We had no issues, so we didn't need to bother them. I will definitely look to stay at this property again. Very satisfied with our stay here. Highly recommend.

Our family of seven lives in the Charleston area, and we enjoy spending time in both the beaches and mountains of NC with our kids and extended family.

My family built Twin Landings in 1993, and we have made incredible family memories there ever since, as have the many other families who have rented it over the years. Our love of Twin Landings has grown into our small family business, Carolina Landings. In addition to Twin Landings, Surf Landing is located on the second row in the S-curve, in the heart of Surf City. Soundside Landing is a waterfront home on the intracoastal in the Island Oaks neighborhood, almost directly across the island from Twin Landings. Serenity Landing in Serenity Point on the southern tip of the island is our newest property, located in Topsail Beach.

Our mountain property, Wolf Ridge, is a chalet-style cabin located in Murphy, NC and offers gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

THE DETAILS:
Inside are 5 BEDROOMS (1 King/3 queen/1 set of twin bunks), 3 FULL BATHROOMS, a top-floor open living space & fully equipped kitchen. The house has THREE DECKS: 2 on the front with ocean & pier views, and a back deck, perfect for grilling and enjoying the sunset. Plus an outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower right outside the master bedroom slider!

🐶 We would love to host your dogs! We allow up to 2 well-trained dogs for a $150 (+tax) flat pet fee. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) Dogs are welcome on the beach in Surf City, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants.

CLEANING FEE INCLUDES ALL LINENS AND BEACH TOWELS! Your beds will be freshly made (with the exception of the top bunk in the bunk room, where clean sheets will be provided if you need them), and beach and bath towels provided. We also often hear how happy our guests are that we provide all the "extras." We stock the house with paper products, detergents, soaps, toiletries, etc, so that you don't have to run out to get every single little thing. But if you need something...the OG Surf City grocery store, the IGA, is just a few steps away.
