Beautiful 3bed/3bath with bunk area (twin xl bunks for adults, if needed) condo just across the street from the beach. Has 2 covered balconies, sectional couch and large dining table. Extra bar for seating. Wifi, separate ice maker, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Pool and hot tub.

No fighting for a spot on the beach and the sunsets are AMAZING!!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The views of the beach were so beautiful. When we arrived my kids said “this is the life”. The condo is fully stocked and communication was very timely. Would recommend and plan to return again!

The condo was in excellent shape plenty of room! Unrestricted view of the beach and Ocean. This is a great bargain! The covered patios were great as we spent every evening outside! The stand alone ice machine was fantastic! The rainwater shower head in the master suite was amazing! All of the beach equipment made for great and convinient beach trips everyday! My only two knocks arent on the condo at all. The elevator was broken the majority of the trip, which no biggy it was only 2 flights of stairs... The other was that the pool is not heated which this time of year when its 50 degrees at night, it makes for cold water. Again the condo itself was perfect! Thank you LaDonna! We highly recommend and will be back!

Amazing vacation

Dodgen waves was the perfect vacation spot for our family! The condo was amazing and had everything we could ever need! Perfect location directly across from the beach and within walking distance to several food options. Pool and hot tub were also right near the condo. Can’t wait to book our next stay at Dodgen waves!

Amazing Condo with an excellent beach view!

This was perfect for our family & friends! It has a great layout so everyone isn't right on top of each other. Its a short walk to the beach! We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely beautiful!

Such a beautiful condo! We had 3 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. The ice maker was a plus! Everything was beautiful and clean. The beach was easy access. Loved having the double balcony to have a cup of coffee and glass of wine! Would love to stay again!

Favorite Condo So Far!

I've been vacationing in Mexico beach for many years. This condo is my favorite so far. The view is unobstructed. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We cook every meal and we weren't in need of any item. They even had extra things in stock that I purchased before hand, being used to condo's not having anything. There were trash bags, Ziploc bags, laundry items and dish washing items, etc. They had cute little drawings of the remotes showing us the buttons to use. The master shower was amazing! The couch sectional was super comfy and cozy for everyone to watch a movie together. We absolutely loved the wet bar area! Such a great feature. I've stayed at The Club a lot of times and this is my favorite setup. The only downside was the hot tub was broken the entire time we were there. It's one of my favorite things to do at night so we were bummed about that. Overall we loved it so much that we would love to stay here each time we come back. I highly recommend this unit. It's also beautifully decorated with high quality bedding. Everyone slept amazingly. P.S. When we arrived, my brother noticed someone before us had broken a seahorse on the entryway table so he got some wood glue and fixed it :) Thanks for letting us be apart of your place!

We are a new condo owner that wants to share our Piece of Paradise with you. We love Mexico Beach for its quiet beaches and beautiful sunsets. We are from GA and are semi retired.

Plenty of room with just at 1,700 square feet. 3 bedrooms with 2 kings and 1 queen. 3 baths. We have a bunk area that has 2 - Twin XL built for adults or kids.
