Lots of kitchen items and super nice apartment. They didn’t have a starter set of salt and pepper shakers, which I was very used to at these type of rental places, so we immediately went out and bought some to leave there.

We loved spending our vacation here! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to start our vacation. We loved being so close to the beach and having all of the amenities. The pool was a plus as was the leftover floats! We can’t wait to book another stay!

Cute place with a fantastic view

The location of this property couldn't be beat! Just a quick cross of the street and you are on the beach, The place was well-equipped with linens, towels, beach toys and the rest. We could have used more toiletries for 3 nights of a family of 6, but it didn't get in the way of our fun.

Condo was beautiful and clean.

It looked like it would have everything you would need (we did not cook anything at all during our stay). The only negative thing I can say was that the bedroom TV would only get one channel, we could not figure out how to work it. Beautiful views of the gulf and a home like feel.

The location,view and price are excellent. The furniture should be replaced before anyone books. The area rugs need to be replaced and someone needs to remember the baseboards in the entry way.Very dirty.

The condo was very nice. Beautiful view. Need easier entry. Code too long and didn't work first time. Had to call to get help getting into the unit. Loved the pool. Condo was well stocked. Did not have info on how to operate tv. Overall a great place!

Very pleasant stay

The condo looked better and cleaner in person than in photos. The only things we could say were an issue, were the couches; both are badly broken down in the seat areas. we had to place pillows in places, so we could set more level. also, there were light bulbs burnt out in lamps, over the stove cooking surface and oven light and the bedroom ceiling light. These we consider minor and we loved the condo and the view from the balcony. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Nice but some shortcomings

Cable television was not available in living room only streaming. It was however available in master bedroom. Kurig coffee maker didn’t work. Could have used some beach chairs

Mexico Beach at The Club 3L

Great condo! Could've been cleaner though. There was visible thick dust on sofa table and end tables, books/magazines were covered in dust! The AC went out on day 3 or 4 of our stay. We had to wait for Vacasa to send someone out to fix it. We waited about 3 hours until they showed up and then it took them about 2 hours to fix it! So we wasted half a day on that. But finally it was cool again!! Location of this condo is great! Just a short walk across the street through wooded decking walkway to the non-crowded beach!! Everyone we met at The Club condos were really nice people. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I would say overall, this condo was nice, location was nice, and food trucks were AMAZING!!
