Leave your worries behind in our spacious and serene 2 bedroom / 2 bath oceanview condo. Enjoy your first glimpse of the sunrise, or catch some cool ocean breezes from your balcony. Take an evening stroll to the jetty and enjoy a nice sunset. We have 3 heated pools, a large playground for the kids, and tennis courts. There are also a few oceanside grills and firepits. There are many fine local seafood restaurants in the area. And if you must get some work in, take advantage of our amazing home office with the BEST view from the top floor.

Once in the condo, there is a full-size kitchen, and refrigerator, along with a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker, and pots and pans. All the essential cooking and eating utensils are included.
Bath and beach towels are included.

The host’s communications were great! The view from our unit was absolutely stunning! Sunrises, ocean, marina…The kitchen was fully equipped! The washer dryer was a huge plus! Plenty of dresser drawers, hangers, towels, paper products, toiletries and even coffee k cups! 5is was our 2nd time staying at Kawama Towers and loved being on the 5th floor this year. Highly recommend!

Had to purchase toilet paper which was disappointing but otherwise the home was as advertised. My kids loved the pool and the residents were very friendly.

Great place to stay

Great apartment to stay in! Very convenient layout, and the master bed was very comfortable, gave us great sleep, which is not easy to get when you travel. Fully stocked kitchen (literally everything you could possibly think of for all your cooking needs, except an electric kettle, but no big deal, we used a regular kettle, which was available). The view from the balcony was amazing, part ocean, part marina and the pool below. The community was also very nice, heated pool, beach (not great for swimming, but beautiful views to sit by the water). Overall, an amazing stay, definitely recommend!

Paradise when you walk through the door!

This was better than advertised because there is no way to describe the view as soon as you walk through the door! Sunrise, sunsest, everything you could want; it was like having your own beach condo for the week! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Quite the view!

We had a nice stay. View is great! Layout of the condo works well for 2 couples. Kitchen needs some updating. One elevator was out of order and the other needs work…would’ve been tough if something happened to that one. Good location to everything.

We just enjoyed a 7 day stay with our boys and their girlfriends (all in their 20s) and what a fabulous time we had. The penthouse was absolutely perfect……very clean, very comfortable……we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We definitely would recommend this place and would definitely stay there again!

Excellent Weekend Getaway

Loved this property! The view was incredible, the layout of the condo was perfect and everything was very clean. The owner communicated everything clearly and stayed in contact if we had questions. The community is close by to a lot of local attractions and even has boat slips if you plan to hit the water. Really cute picnic and grilling area right on the Oceanside. Highly recommend this property and host for your next vacation!

Phenomenal Location

We had the best time and absolutely loved the condo! It is spacious and clean and has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony and walk down to the jetty to watch the sunset. The salt water pool is fantastic. The property is close to great restaurants like the Lazy Lobster and The Big Chill. We will definitely come back.

FANTASTIC!

The property description is exactly as posted. It is immaculate and has everything you need, including plenty of extra towels, sheets, and pillows. The property is well-kept and beautiful. You will need transportation to eat, as nothing is within walking distance, but plenty of yummy places are within a short Uber ride. The owners are super responsive and genuinely work to ensure you have a great visit. If you are on the fence, do not be-you will be pretty pleased!

Amazing place

We spent a great weekend in the keys. The property is really amazing and the views from the apartment are fantastic! The apartment itself is great and so beautiful and very comfortable! My o my regret is that we were not able to spend more time at the property itself. We hope will be bac soon!

Great condo in a perfect location

We had a great stay. The unit is as described in the listing and is convenient to everything that Key Largo has to offer. The top floor view from the balcony was spectacular! We could have used a little more information about the properties’ amenities, pool access, etc. Our questions were eventually answered.

The condo was very nice and clean. The view was amazing! They supplied almost everything except washcloths and when we asked about it, they stated that they couldn’t provide them at this time. We ended up having to go out and buy some. The furniture around the pool could have been cleaner. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any bathroom down by the pool.

Due to the recent stretch of unstable weather here in Florida, including unexpected rain and strong winds, we've had challenges keeping the outdoor area consistently clean. That said, it’s our responsibility to maintain high standards regardless of the weather, and I’ve alerted the proper community team to take care of it. I also wanted to note that while there isn’t a permanent restroom structure near the pool, we do have very clean and well-maintained mobile restroom units located nearby for your convenience.
