Our location boasts a mere 20-minute drive to downtown Chandler and Sky Harbor International Airport, and a 30-minute journey to both downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale. Here, you'll find the tranquility and calm of a secluded neighborhood, coupled with the proximity to Arizona's exciting activities and natural wonders. House Rules: THIS HOME IS UNDER SURVELLIANCE • I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. • No smoking • The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time • No parties or events • Pets upon approval with fee applied • The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
Other Information: • $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors • Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation but it is recommended to provide your own transportation • IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement. • Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE • We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. • Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. We had an accident at our home and needed somewhere to stay for several weeks. We appreciated their quick responses to getting booked so we had somewhere to stay, and then when we needed to extend our time they were great to work with. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location, too!

Relaxation for the Fam
This place was exactly what our little family needed to relax and replenish our energy from our busy lifestyle. The quiet neighborhood and pool was the icing on the cake with beautiful lake views.

Beautiful house in a safe neighborhood.
The property is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. It is located within a gated community so is very safe. It is conveniently located near the 202. We were visiting family in Ahwatukee so it was a very convenient location. Short drive to the Desert Foothills Trailhead for a nice South Mountain hike. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. Short walk to the community pool and hot tub. Our only issue was the air conditioning wasn't working but they came and fixed it on the Monday after we arrived.

We enjoyed our stay! Love the pool/spa area and walking distance from unit!
We enjoyed our stay but have to mention a few things that need attention. Propane tank on grill was empty, hot water in upstairs bath does not get hot, outlet in that bathroom does not work,( not good when you have two girls trying to dry and curl their hair), stains on carpet, lots of debris on the back patio, garage is dirty, could not regulate air temp with thermostats. All the outside landscape needs attention. Two ft weeds growing in all the beds.
We totally recommend this large home in the southern part of Phoenix. It was convenient to my brother’s home where we spent Christmas. When flights were canceled home, we were easily accommodated to extend with a simple text message. Bedrooms and beds upstairs are great and the sofa bed downstairs proved to be a godsend for my elderly mother whose stair climbing days are numbered. Home has an open airy, light vibe. Bathrooms were clean and the master bathtub very comfortable. It was easy to prepare food and many spots to eat. Using the code and garage clicker made coming and going flawless. The gated entry made us feel totally safe, although the entire area feels safe - many suburbs.
All in all, it was a perfect spot to spend the holidays. Appreciated the location and accommodations immensely. Should we need again, this will be our first choice.
